Introduction
Hello MCM users, I'm Snide, the owner of "PokéMasters" and today I'm looking for staff members. I'm currently working on a Pixelmon server and am almost done. We're looking for staff members from all across the world. (Atm not accepting any dutch, german or belgium staff members). You can apply for the following ranks:
Jr Admin
Event-Manager
Senior-Mod
Moderator
Helper

More info about the server
The pixelmon mod I use is "Pixelmon Reforged"(1.12.2) since this is the best unofficial continue (My opinion). We will be allowing all the gens and people will have to choose from a new set of starters instead of the regular one. We will be having 2 "Main" (extra) features; Player Gyms (Collect all the gymbadges, pretty logic.) and a Team/Clan concept. We have been working on a team/clan concept, yes this is inspired from ppmc. I'll explain more about this later. I'm also looking for an event-manager to hold weekly events such as tournaments or other events. Have a questions? Just ask and I'll be happy to answer :)

Requirements
- Working discord account since it is our main way of communicating.
- Atleast some experience with Pixelmon.
- A working mic so we can hold staff meetings (These will not happen that much tho, we do most stuff thrue text).

Teams Concept
First off a list of all the teams; Rocket, Aqua, Magma, Galactic, Skull and Plasma. All the teams have there own Pokemon types (Example; Aqua has water, magma has fire). And a set of legendaries they are allowed to use on there Clan Team. You will need to use your clan team to get higher ranks within your clan/team or to use it in certain team events. It's also just something extra to do and joining a team is not something you HAVE to do as a player.
As I said, within a team you have certain rank, i'm not going into all of them right now but I'll add a list of the 3 most important ranks.
Leader(Max 1): This is the team leader and is one of the people that are allowed to rank up people withing his/her team. You need to be a Helper(Or higher) to become a leader.
Co-Leader(Max 2): These are the team co-leaders and also allowed to rank up people. You need to be a Helper(Or higher) to become a leader.
Ace(Max 3): This is the highest rank possible for people that aren't a helper or higher. A person with an Ace rank is seen as one of the most experienced players of their teams!
