Hello everyone, this is the co-owner of PolarisNetwork to talk about our new server that is going to release very soon.

We are aiming to release to public next week, but to do that we are in need of a experienced, mature and responsable staff team to help us in everything.

We plan to release with Factions, Skywars, Eggwars and some others minigames, but those are just our beggining modes, we plan to release alot more minigames and maps in the future.

Lets get to the point of this thread.

2 helpers for each game mode
4 Builders

Hello there.

I read the part where you said that you have enough budget to make sure we don't experience any lag. That's good. But do you also own the money to advertise and stuff? Hiring YouTubers for example? In general, just to make sure the server doesn't die in a few. Will the Forums be Xenforo or Enjin? Good luck!

Why do you want to be part of PolarisNetwork?: I'd like to be a part of PolarisNetwork to try and make it a better, more enjoyable experience for anyone that may join the server. I generally love working for Minecraft servers and/or communities because it gives me a chance to make new friends and enlighten anyone that may need help with a specific topic.

Why should we choose you?: The reason you should choose me is because with me on the team, you'd be benefiting by getting a kind, generous and overall friendly addition to PolarisNetwork Staff.

Previous experience (if proof is provided your chances of being accepted are increased): I have been staff on 4 bigger projects and over 20+ smaller servers. I will not name the smaller servers for a few reasons such as they never lasted longer than a month or two, and the fact that I don't even remember some of their names. The bigger projects are:
Kingdom Crashers - Helper > Moderator > Content Manager and Administrator
The Squid Network - Helper > Moderator > Lead of Content Management
CrypticMC - Trial-Moderator (Resigned)
OblivionCraft - Head-Moderator (Resigned)

Have you been banned on any other servers? If so, why?: I am permanently banned from Hypixel because I decided to hack 2 years ago and none of my appeals have been accepted ever since.

A player is hacking. What would you do in this scenario?: Well, what I'd do depends on the accessibility I'd have. For example, if I were a Helper, I'd turn on a recording software and record the person hacking, then give it to a staff member of higher importance. If I were a Moderator or Global Moderator as you have stated up in the thread, I'd still record the person hacking (If able to turn on my recording software in time) and give it as proof if needed, then ban the hacker myself.

Since when have you been playing Minecraft?: I have been playing Minecraft since release 1.0.

Why do you want to be part of PolarisNetwork? I would like to be staff member on a minecraft server/network that is unlikely to fail and I came across this server and wanted to become a staff member here.
Why should we choose you? I am very mature for my age and have some experience in moderating servers. I own a setups shop and I can code plugins so I am experienced in that

Have you been banned on any other servers? If so, why? Not that I can think of at the moment.
A player is hacking. What would you do in this scenario? I would give them a verbal warning or kick. I would then monitor them closely while being invisible. If this continues I would issue a tempban then tell a higher staff member the severity of it and they can tell me what to do or they can deal with it. It would also depend on how strick the rules would be
