I've spent 3 or 4 years creating and maintaining this family friendly Survival server with Anti-Grief Plugins. The only reason I'm selling it is because I'm busy with college and no longer have time to manage it.

I'll only sell to those with 20 good reps and higher (and not just Discord server related reps, easy for anyone to get those then scam). Also, a buyer NEEDS to be an experienced server owner and meet my requirements. If you have a problem with that, don't post here, I'm not interested.

To save you time, I'm selling to those who ENJOY running and managing a fair server for players to play and are NOT doing it for profit. You will NOT profit from running this server. It is 100% EULA Compliant.

I will probably update this post with more information, just want to make sure it actually sends first due to it's length and the time I've spent editing this.

NOTE: To test the server yourself, login to Porkopolis.xyz or contact me. Please keep in mind that if you contact me, I may be slow to respond because of school work.

Also, please note that I probably had over 60 images, but MCM allows a max of 30 images so I drastically reduced the number of features I could show in images (rather than just describing it).

Edit: Apparently the image previewing isn't working for like half of the images..

* TipAnnouncer ($40)
- Will display tips in chat (configurable tips). Players can click the tip to learn it. When they learn a tip it won't show up again.
* InfiniteStorage ($180 total)
- Allows creating an infinite storage block. Supports categories and many other VERY useful features, such as each item type only taking up 1 slot so you don't have to go through 5 pages of sand to get to your cobblestone (for example). Full features are described in full below.
* BeaconEffects ($30)
- Allows giving players temporary beacon effects. Is used in Donor Shop and Crate rewards.
* CustomXPBoosts ($35)
- Allows giving players temporary experience boosts (Vanilla & McMMO). Is used in Donor Shop and Crate rewards.
* Bank ($35-40)
- Allows storing money in a bank. Also displays /baltop with the player's balance + their bank balance.

You Must:
- be an experienced server owner.
- be able to pay at least ~$16/month for hosting without relying on donations.
* The current host is AnvilNode. You MAY change hosts, but I wouldn't recommend it. They're great for location because the server is hosted in California currently and 98% of the server community lives in the United States.
- keep the server as Family Friendly.
* No swearing / inappropriate words. If you try to change this, you'll probably lose a fair number of players.
- Leave the server as 100% EULA Compliant.
* This is a large attraction for many players, very very few servers are actually EULA Compliant. If you think /god, /fly, /kit, etc are "Eula compliant perks" then you're wrong and don't comment here.

Of course you can claim you'll follow the requirements then break all of them as soon as you get access to the server, but if this happens I'll leak the server files to all of my players, and you can deal with 10 different identical servers rising up from it. In other words, don't break my terms.

- Currently runs on 4 GB of RAM.
- Total Donations & Proof of Ownership:

- Over $3,000 spent in the last 3 years managing the server, paying for custom & premium plugins, etc.
- There are around 50 regular players (not online at once).
* I came to this number by checking the Discord server, which is ~46 active players as I only allow players that are active to be on the Discord server. Anyone that has been inactive for around ~25 days or longer is removed from the Discord server. ALSO, there are definitely some players that play the server, but are too young to use Discord (not allowed by their parents). So there's those players as well.

What Comes with The Server:
- The Website (Costs $0 to maintain)
- The Server & Host Info (Costs ~$16 / month)

* Note: All players have permission to view this spreadsheet. It's a good reference for prices and always up to date (even though it states it may not always be up to date).

- Please keep in mind there are so many features it'd be impossible to list them all.

- A friendly and quality community of all ages.

- A good and trustworthy staff team.

* All staff ranks are given solely what they need to do their jobs and nothing more.
* Everything they need to know is found at /warp StaffRules.
* New staff are added to Helper rank for a minimum of 1 month, and depending on their performance are either demoted, promoted, or remain the same. This weeds out any staff looking to abuse powers and only rewards those who actually do their job as staff.
* The Staff ranks are in this order: Helper, Mod, Super-Mod, Admin, Head-Admin, Staff-Leader
* Current Builders: SweetNums and Sparkstarz
* The current players have the following staff ranks:
- Helpers: Zapara, Ethreality_, Sparkstarz
- Head-Admin: BeetSnout

- All Server Warps and Locations are custom built by our past and present Builders. Includes Spawn, /warp Crates, /warp Help, /warp Guide (for new players), /warp StaffRules, /warp Staff, /warp List, /warp Market

- Infinite Storage Blocks!

- Infinite Storage Blocks have a similar behavior to enderchests, but with many more features.

They can store a maximum of 40,000 of each item type (configurable size, can be larger). I put it at 40k for database size management.
Requires a MariaDB MySQL Database (AnvilNode has this, most hosts will).
Each item type only takes up one slot in the storage, so players don't have to look through 3 pages of sticks to get to one ladder. Players can click the item type they want, and it will show them a page that allows depositing/withdrawing that item.
Has categories for different types of items. These are configurable, but the ones I set up are:

Mined Blocks, Chopped Blocks, Dug Blocks, Sheared Blocks, Misc Blocks, Weapons, Armor, Misc Tools, Redstone, Pickaxes, Axes, Shovels, Items, Food, Transportation, Crops, Mob Drops, Valuables, Brewing, Enchanted Books, Shulker Boxes, Custom Items

Players can right click the placed block to store the item they're holding.
Players can Shift + Right click the placed block to store all of the items from their inventory (not hotbar) into the storage.
Players can left click to open the GUI.
Players can left click + shift while holding a pickaxe to break the block. Like an enderchest, it requires a silk touch pickaxe to drop the full block. Otherwise it will drop the recipe items.
Players can sort within categories from the order they stored the items in the storage or alphabetically. They can also search the storage for a specific item.

- Earned Player Ranks (100% EULA Compliant!)

Note: This can be found on the server using "/help ranks"

Custom Item Features:
- Slime Leggings give Speed III while equipped.

This is inspired by Slimefun, however, the server does NOT use Slimefun. I created the 3 most popular items of Slimefun on my server using MMOItems. The rest of the custom items are not inspired by Slimefun.

- Slime Boots give Jump III while equipped.
- Safari Nets allow capturing mobs using craftable eggs, or "Safari nets".

Custom Item Feature:
- Iron Glowstone Helmet will give night vision while equipped.

- Uses Infinite Storage Custom Plugin! (It cost me ~$180 total)

Feed as much as a chorus fruit does.
Teleport a player where they're looking, up to 16 blocks.

Has an 8 second cooldown.

Note: They are the same rank but different gender names.

- Well structured Staff Ranks:

- Can mute and unmute players using EssentialsX
- Can jail players
- Staff are not allowed to AFK on their main accounts, so all staff will get kicked after 15 minutes of AFKing.
- Can use "/wel" which sends a welcome message with some general info for new players.

- Can kick players
- Can check block data
- Can send messages with URLs.
- Can clear chat using "/chc clear" or "/cgc"

- Can set warps for players. Each warp costs 32 iron blocks or 32 diamonds. The warp can be private or public. If it's public, they can have it added to "/warp List" (a list of public warps).
- Can tempban players.
- Can check a player's inventory using "/cmi inv" (Allows seeing offline player's inventories too! Super-Mods cannot EDIT a player's inventory. Only view.)
- Super-Mods will see ban reasons when a player is banned.
- Super-Mods can use "/co lookup <params>"
- Can check backpacks (/bp small 1 PlayerName) for example. Can only view, not edit.

- Can ban & unban players
- Has access to spy on messages with socialspy (/ss) and can spy on commands using /spy.
- Can bypass locked chests (chests using [Private] signs)
- Can toggle bypassing claim protections.
- Will be notified if a player is suspected of x-ray by the XRayDetector plugin.
- Can check if players are logged in from the same IP (/sameip)
- Can bypass a player's claim flag (NoEnter) to be able to enter their claim.
- Can delete claims, should a player claim too closely to someone else's claim.
- Can use "/near"
- Can teleport to players using "/tp playerName"
- Can vanish, unvanish, send a fake login msg (/v fakelogin), send a fake quit msg (/v fakequit), can see other vanished players.

- Can edit a player's:

Backpack (/bp small 1 playerName - for example)
Inventory (/cmi inv playerName)
Enderchest (/cmi ender playerName)
Supports offline players too!

- Can ban & unban a player's IP (/banip).
- Can broadcast a message (/broadcast or /bc)
- Can delete a warp (/delwarp)
- Can teleport to certain position in the world (/tppos x y z)
- Can change the weather if all players online agree.

- Can teleport to other player's homes:

Use: "/home playerName:" to list all of a player's sethomes.
Use: "/home playerName:homeName" to teleport to it.

- Can message multiple players at once.
- Can send mail to everyone (/mail sendall <msg>)
- Is the staff leader, but below Owner rank.

You can change the rank name to whatever you want. I just used this name because it's my owner account alt.
- The rank allows you to silently login/out of the server. Good for making sure players are behaving while they don't know you're online.

- Player shops can be accessed in a GUI (/playershops or /ps):

- Players can trade using /trade
- When new players login, they start in a new player guide which has some basic rules of the server then a quiz for those rules. This eliminates a lot of rule breakers before they do any damage, while still keeping the friendly actual players.

- A well established list of rules. There's a general (shorter) list on the server then the FULL list on the website. If you have questions, feel free to DM me.
