Well I don't have any proof so you have to trust me. I was Head-Admin on Reconcraft back in 2012, and I was Helper on Mineplex for three days before I was demoted for 'Abuse'. I didn't even abuse. I am *was* Admin on BrawlFactions, I got demoted for unbanning a player because I thought he was mistakenly banned, but I'm still great friends with the owner. I am also running my own Server, and I had gained most of my experience with dealing with Networks/Servers from running my own.
Are you able to fund 50/50?:
I won't start funding anything until I see growth and dedication from you and the fellow staff members and the community it self. I don't want to invest my hard earned money in to something until I know I am sure it won't die in a month. I cannot give a yes / no, this answer depends on the choices you make for the server and community.

Why should you choose me? - I'm one of the fewer people still left standing in the General Minecraft Community who actually has hands-on experience with System and Server Management. I have extensive knowledge of plugins, I know my way around most minecraft communities and servers. I know what the community wants as a whole, I know how a server should be ran.
What can I do that others can't - I can provide a safe and clean environment for all players and fellow staff members. I can offer my extensive knowledge of Server Management. I can set the example for you and the fellow staff, as well as the members and donators of the server.
