Prime Hardcore - Requesting Junior Developers [Hardcore Factions]

I am representing the Prime Hardcore network (specifically actually_l0l, and Implication) by making this post. I am a project manager/administrator for the network.

We're a network currently consisting of two main gamemodes, Team Practice and Hardcore Factions. Our network has hit peaks of 1,000+ players, and we're currently working on a network relaunch to take place in the next 3 months.

Information on the Junior Developer Program
This program would give you a chance to further develop your skills in Java. You must have a decent experience with Java, and you must have worked for various servers in the past. You can seek advice and guidance from any of our developers at any given time.

You will be paid as a Junior Developer, however it will not be as much as a regular developer at our network earns. It also depends on how much skill you have as well as your experience & capability. After around a month of being a junior developer, we will make an executive decision to promote you to a regular developer at our network.

I may be interested in this, but I would first like to know how much would we get payed.

Payment is per project. We agree on a price before the project is begun, and once the project is complete we may tip depending on the outcome of the plugin. Regular updates are expected to be pushed to a private bit-bucket repository.

Large projects could be upwards of $600+, that's for a minigame or gamemode in itself. Smaller payments would be for utility plugins or other mediocre projects.

Since when does Prime have minigames ._.

UHC is our next planned gamemode to add to the network. After this is up, we're expecting to start creating several PVP-based minigames.

My name is MONGOS, i am 16 years old and i like Hardcore Factions, i like it so much that i have started to code plugins. I have not ranged out to other plugins yet but would love to apply for your Junior Developer spot. I have played your Server before and i am familiar with your community.

I would to love to be a Junior Developer for Prime, even if there is no money involved the experience will be great, just now i am trying to get a portfolio together, only problem is i don't have much. I have your basic HCF Core and a KitPvP Core that i am currently working on. Do you have any small projects needing done that i could take to the interview?

Also, i love Prime but what annoys me is there is no helpop. I have my own simple 60 second cooldown helpop plugin implemented into both of the cores, i would be happy to give it you even if i didn't get the Junior Developer spot just to make Prime better!

Never stated it was hard. If you actually play Prime you will know they don't have a helpop, just trying to help.
No need to be a jackass and try sabotage my application.
