Today I am looking for someone like Inviss, now why him exactly? Well, he has been with Akuma for around 2 years and if you don't know he manages the server, does some development, and helps meed overall. Recently I have not been the best to know how to run servers and spend my money so I will explain what happened real quick.

Once I received 600$ for Christmas I decided to spend it on all a Minecraft server and my parents still don't know. I basically promised them that I will make a successful prison server so I went to just spend it and didn't have a plan at all. Once I see the money I think I have everything in the world but no that is not the point. So I am looking for someone that can be someone like Inviss for this reason cause he knows how to run a server and what to do basically.

What does this have to do with anything exactly? Well on 9th September it's my birthday and I receive 1100$ which means I will have money to spend. However, I want someone to help me manage this carefully so yes you will be paid to develop/help manage. I do not want to spend all of this for it just to fail so for now I would like to spend at 400$ maximum. Also, I believe you must be living in the UK as I can only do bank transfers unless my card is fixed. (hopefully soon)

If you don't know Invis runs AkumaMC with meed and has been with him since day 1. If I am correct there were only two developers back then and he has been the main one, helped meed manage money, develop it fully etc come up with suggestions.

hey, i recommend getting a mentor of some sort
secondly, it's not about how good is the server, it's about how you advertise it
advertise is the key, spend your money on advertisement, not developers

$400 can only get you so much unless you get a considerable amount of luck, and it usually can't get what you're expecting (which is a fully established competitive server). Servers I consider to be "fully established/successful" are usually paying around $400 per week to each developer alone.

If you're wondering, yes, I've had opportunities like this myself and I still do. Even this is not at all what a professional software engineer will make after getting a College/University degree, they will make a lot more. Note I'm talking professional because that's the advice you expect, if you were doing this as a hobby I wouldn't say this.

That's not even counting graphics, builds, advertisement, youtubers, managers/admins, fees for a Xenforo-esque website, the server hosting monthly costs, and more.

Birthday money doesn't make a competitive server even though that is a whole lot of money just to get for your birthday (and I'm very happy for you on that btw lol). It takes people who consistently make that kind of money and who can manage it well, not a once-a-year thing.
