Prison Guard Update

I am currently working on a prison server and found the perfect guard plugin, but it's out of date... Plugin
If someone would be able to update this plugin and or referee me to a better one, that'd be great.
Also let me know if this is something I would need to get created,

ill change it over now, thanks. And I’ve tried but he removed his account from spigot.
