OP, Since you seem to be quite new to selling builds, here's a quick tip.
If you have little experience building specific things(such as prison mines), don't try to sell them rightaway. Build a couple first, try making a bunch of them and showing pictures on a non-commercial forum for feedback on quality and on what they would improve.
If you have little experience building in general, find a public creative server (like one run by a famous buildteam, for instance) and use the feedback you get there to improve.

I have no idea why you see the need to even tag someone to back you up on something that 2 others have already said...IMO, you shouldn't be selling this.
It's extremely simple wood, no patterns or designs.
