People keep acting as if they are raped a lot, it's not true.

I believe that people should be a allowed an abortion if it is incest, rape or will kill the mother.

Nobody should have any views about abortion but the mother/father of the child. Let them decide. It's not your child, so zip it.

Even if there's no rape involved, why the hell should a woman be forced to carry a child to term when she's not even sure if she's capable of or willing to raise it? A lot of us men tend to underestimate how life-changing giving pregnancy and giving birth can be.
Men can have an opinion on abortion all they want, but since none of them (afaik not even the men transitioned to women) will ever give birth, they should not get to make the decision.
I'm with Aekalix on this one, only the parents should have any say and imo the woman should always have final say. It's her body and life that will be permanently affected, even if they decide to give the child up for adoption because they can't raise it properly.
A lot of anti-choice people seem to think that if women are allowed to get abortions they'll just start killing half-formed fetuses en-masse. Which is so far from the truth
I had an aquaintance who was pregnant from her boyfriend when she found he'd been cheating on her, she was well within time to get an abortion, but decided not to. Instead she found a willing adoptive mother for her child by herself, allowing her to have some contact with the kid. Women won't always default to abortion to get rid of (possibly unwanted) pregnancy. Many might decide to have a child. But the option should always be there.

Abortion should be LEGAL and be completely up to the person who is holding that child. If the woman doesn't want to have the child due to not being able to raise him/her or being given that child through unforeseen circumstances then that woman can make the decision to not give birth to the child. This shouldn't be decided by the government or by anyone else except the woman carrying the child.
I have a question for you. Your family does not have a lot of money and you just got together with your new girlfriend. You guys have some sexy time and because you are either stupid or an accident happens, she gets pregnant. Now you and she do not want children (or at least not at this time in your life), your parents (or her) can't raise the child because they are quite poor (and let's say that the families do not like each other and won't help out).
Do you want that child to live in such a fucked up environment with no money, no love and no time for it? Do you want to fuck up your and her future because of one little mistake? I can tell you that that child is not happy and will not have a happy life while being the child.
But hey there would be a fix: An abortion could get this trouble out of the way. You do not hurt anything within the first days and weeks as it is just a load of cells doing cell stuff. You give yourself an opportunity to have a good future and have kids when you want, and also the choice to decide that.
Smaller offtopic rant: Why do you guys who create the "change my mind" posts never bring good arguments yourself? Why do you never try to make this world a bit better by showing your exact thought so others may be able to argue on top of that and keep your feelings in mind? I guess that you just don't have many own thoughts on this and just want to bring across your ideology without having to invest time in it and hear other opinions. Like seriously, when having an argument you want to win... you have to know the other side.

Take down populations? We've roughly 4.3 births every damn second. One or two won't matter. Overpopulation is actually an issue most countries are dealing with.
Medical care is not cheap at all, the military is not cheap, making nuclear bombs is not cheap. Providing you with food is not cheap. Sadly, we do it anyways.

It's a duty to cary a child if they manage to get pregnant, it has always been for thousands of years of human history. I understand your stance on the parents opinion should matter, and it should.

In my opinion, all abortion should be fully legal for this first month of conceiving. I'm not saying afterwards it should not be allowed, I just believe that topic is extremely hard to talk about as everyone has different views on the matter. I just think until the fetus develops a heartbeat (~5 weeks) There should be no difference from killing that group of cells as there are to killing any other cell which happens so regularly in the body.
This shouldn't even be an argument. I don't usually act all feminist, or discuss these topics, but all your points seem to be based on one ignorant perspective. For a young teenage girl to become pregnant, it becomes more than just having your child. There's a lot that comes with pregnancy and many are mentally and physically incapable for it. Not to mention rape, danger to the health of the mother, financial instability (there are costs for pregnancy, eg. maternity clothing) and many other factors. I do believe if someone is privileged enough and mature enough and just aborts the fetus because they "don't want it right now", that is somewhat wrong. Even so, your opinion and input on this topic means very little as you are not a female and you will never carry a child or go through the hardships that a pregnant woman must go through.
Adoption is not always an option for people as they may not like the fact of selling the child they gave birth to off.
