I purchased a Discord bot from this seller expecting basic features to function. Immediately after setup, the /help command failed due to a hardcoded emoji error. I spent hours troubleshooting and even fully reinstalled the bot. I reached out for help with detailed evidence, screenshots, and logs.
Despite this, I was repeatedly redirected to a bug report form and dismissed when I asked for proper support or a refund. The developer stated that fixing the command isn't a priority and even dismissed my responses as “AI responses.” I feel this does not reflect the level of support promised for a paid product.
I am requesting a refund due to a non-working core feature and lack of meaningful support.
