Drako Bot | Multi-Purpose Discord Bot v1.9.9

Update! The bot is running well now. I'm just hoping the developers update the documentation as well.

Very happy with the bot. Im not a scripter of any kind but managed to get it all sorted without support. While it took me a few hours to get it working with all functions, I did manage to get it up just using ChatGPT to help me quickly read errors and troubleshoot issues.
In saying that, if you take the ChatGPT route it does still require a bit of common sense as AI is not perfect and take you around in circles if not prompted correctly.
End of the day, Support is there if you need them and the bot has plenty of functions.

the bot work good but dont expect good support the guy who created this bot doesnt liked to be tagged while replaying to him if you did he will go with this "stop tagging me smh" in a ticket and i tried not to tag him and guess what my ticket has been not responded till now since 2 weeks, but if you replying to one of his msg with ping on he will tell you not to tag. seriously im unsatisfied with the support. chatgpt helped me with most of the issues with bot. so if you are expecting a good support, welp

By far the best all-purpose bot that I've used. Well documented and straightforward.

Not too bad to be fair..

The best all in 1 bot on the market. Config is tedious, but once you finish setup, it will not let you down.

I admit it's the best robot anyone could buy; it literally has everything and works seamlessly.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the product and the associated support and would like to express my displeasure.

Even the basic setup of the bot and the dashboard was unnecessarily complicated, time-consuming, and plagued by numerous technical problems. This effort is disproportionate to a product that is advertised as ready to use and user-friendly.

After several hours of intensive work, I was able to complete the basic configuration, but massive errors occurred again when setting up the ticket system. These errors not only make the product difficult to use, but in some cases completely prevent the system from functioning properly. What is particularly critical is that I am currently unable to resolve one of these issues and have been waiting for a response from support for three days now. During this time, there has been no solution, no interim report, and no form of transparency.

Overall, the support seems unreliable, slow, and not solution-oriented. For a product that is actively advertised and apparently commercially distributed, this level of support is unacceptable.

In summary, I am extremely dissatisfied with the technical implementation, the support, and the overall product quality. Under these circumstances, I can neither recommend the product nor use it productively.

Very Very Good Bot but a little Functions.

The bot is really good for a structure. In my opinion its a glorified ticket bot ( Tickets being the most used feature on the bot ) and besides that its heavily addon dependent. I'm not saying the bot is bad at all, I'm saying the features are lacking personality. And the support is not really the best, there isnt really a hands-on experience which I personally think should be there since this bot is $12.
