Hello. As some of you may know, I go by the IGN ( in game name ) Verbz. I have been around the Minecraft community for a long during time and have been staff for many servers in the past, and even managed fairly big servers with a player basis of up to 200. However, today, I standing capable of saying as of current, i am not staff on any servers convicting the during time. To me , I find moderating and managing a minecraft server a hobby, not a forced thing, post to the reason I am offering to become a network manager. Actually, in all fairness, i am not bothered as to wether the server is a network or not. Recently in the minecraft community, I have realised that it has lacked good staff members ( personally, this is my ethic, other people may have others ) and to the opinion of myself, the staff now days are not as good as they used to propose to be 5 to 6 months back. I think people have overwhelmed a hobby with the fact that staff get to use 'cool' commands, regarding to the reason they want it, yet, many lack skills of the essentials of mortally being a staff member. Anyways, enough digression , back to the main factor. I am currently not staff on any upcoming servers or any current servers out there, which shames me, as I find becoming a staff member on a server is a hobby to me. I think i am the right man you are looking for if you are willing to find a Network Manager for your server. I would be willing to spend minimum 1 hour on the server I will have picked , if they are willing to accept me , a day and maximum 4 hours, and would propose to be an extremely dedicated and committed person to the network. Just another disclaimer I would like to tackle is that i , in no way shape of form am a 'corrupt/abusive' staff member. I have only been demoted for abuse on a server once, which in what case, in my opinion , was a false accusation, but i decided to leave in peace. As reality goes by, my real name is Kian ( strange, i know ) I go by the trades of being Half English , quarter Zambian ( African ) and quarter Persian ( Iran ) I was official born in the UK , and am 'white' as one would say, i also do not have any accent, and was raised in the UK by my mum and dad, siding with my sister. I have also got a dog, a toy poodle to be corrected, which is a type of dog, and is not literally , a 'toy' for those of you that have not had an understanding of what a toy poodle is

Back when i was staff on PvPingNetwork, it was otherwise known as PvPingMC, i was first recruited there about 4 months ago as a helper. I then quickly worked my way up the staff chain to graduate as a Head-Admin / Manager, responsible of all the staff team , and also conclusively responsible in the factor of recruiting staff members. I was then bound further on demoted for bing replaced by one of the owners close friends, which , however , seemingly unfair, i left in peace , later on to join back as an admin. During the course i was Head-Admin within the network of what is now know as 'PvPingNetwork' it has a steady amount of players along the lines of 90-200 players, as the youtuber and streamer, PainFulPvP was recording on there.

When TheArchon was first new and not many people had heard of it, and it got a solid 1000 - 2000 players, i used to be helper on there. My IGN went around know as lilcreeper123. I was then banned one day when i got on for the reason "why?" to this day i still do not know why i was banned, including my attempts of trying, including contacting admins and appealing on the forums.

One day, me and my friends were watching a youtuber named by 'TheKiwiColonel' who has now quit minecraft to pursue a further career in CSGO, retiring from minecraft, during the before hand time, the server got around 40-90 player on non-stop. I then decided to retire to pursue my career in pvpingMC as a dedicated staff member.
I have also taken parol as staff on other servers, which i do not feel the need to mention, however, if you would like me to , just pm me
Why should we pick you?
I think i may strive to take part as a Network Manager, non-stop. being active and committing to the network, helping take part in the network and striving to push forward the network in process. As shown above, i have a funny personality, but am also professional, and have had a lot of past experience. I think this actually helps as it proves i know what i am doing, well it doesn't really , but trust me, i do I also have taken many roles on many different servers, such as , managing a teamspeak , helping the server grow, helping it strive to success, recruiting youtubers and pushing the server forward in advertisement, recruiting a staff team and managing a staff team.

What am i looking for?
I am looking for a server that is striving towards success, not a small servers that has no potential in it. I think i would suit a big server well, as i have already taken upon the job successfully , as displayed above, and also think i will be able to show you as we go along in you're network, just how good i can be. Potentially, i am looking for a server with minimum player basis 50, however, i could possibly make adjustments. Also please keep in mind, i am only looking for 1 server, as i would like to commit as much as i can to just one, rather than having me stressed over two. In my opinion, i see potential in me, now i just need to see potential in you.

What you will do to help as a Staff Member?!?
As part of the staff team , I would be willing to contribute a lot in regards to helping. As any staff member should propose to doing, i think i have the principle of helping out the server community. I may be tender to do this within several ways. I would be able to moderate the server chat, helping the community evade a toxic personality, i would be able to step in for higher membered staff, when in need of help, I would be able to moderate the forums for about 30 minutes every day, even when i am not online, convicting to the fact of me having the fortune of having my phone, I would be able to interact with the players of the server and lucidly become close with each of them, and not discriminate anyone due to whatever reason. I think that i could help the staff team grow,and make sure the staff are not toxic, providing the fact I could manage them. In my ethic, i could bring a lot of bright sprit to the server, proposed to you, without a let down. I think, as being a staff member on Survival Rush, i could help the server rise to even more potential that it appears to what it already has. I also think i could commit to the server, to help it strive to success, and be the staff member everyone looks for when in need of help. Another way i may help , is if I see a staff member in a struggle situation , or being teamed up on by members of the community, i could always come in as a helping hand, and help that evade from happening. I would also be able to catch players of the community that may be evading the rules of the network, for example, i 'm guessing , hacking, i would be able to catch a hacker and record him, then commence the following suitable punishment , regarding to the staff rules of what the consequence should be for hacking. If I am online, personally, i think not a member would be able to break any rules in chat, as strict as it may sound, i may be able to take care of chat and as i have said, convict the suitable punishment. I think i can help as a staff member in the many ways i have proposed to stating above.
