My work is NOT limited to Minecraft; in fact, a lot of my experience isn't related to Minecraft. However, this is where it all started for me.

You're probably wondering, with my businesses to tend to and college, how would I have time for this? Well, I've done a personal analysis, and I actually have a lot of time to spare, and I will always put my clients first.

TRUST

Hiring a manager is more than just hiring one who is highly qualified, reliable, and mature/professional. It's hiring a manager whom you can trust. I have a solid reputation, and no, not mc-market reputation. MCM reputation means nothing in the real world, an ACTUAL reputation.

BUDGETS

As stated above, I can work with any budget and any server size. My goal is to have an offering for anyone to help everyone grow and scale according to their goals.

INVESTMENTS/LOANS

I do offer loans and investments, but they are high interest and contingent upon many factors, I do not have any set terms for my loans as they vary depending on risk.

Depending on how this goes, I may create a subsidiary company for my managerial services. That said, my thread title and details are subject to change at any time.

There is no relevant experience related to Minecraft on your resume or LinkedIn apart from Mineplex where no proof was provided. Yes it does look professional, however, as per many new managers you solely have experience owning and managing your own projects which doesn’t bring much trust and reliability to a server owner for example who needs management. There are no indications what you've worked on has used your managerial or consulting skills and therefore you’re abilities are still vaguely represented through names and statements. I would try add as much experience as possible which is related to your target audience, which on this website is, I’d say, primarily Minecraft projects. Good luck.

Having my own projects and proven/tested strategies means I bring more relevant experience to a server owner than most managers because I've been through it. I have connections and contacts in just about any department. You're saying I don't have proof that I worked for Mineplex, sure I do, one of my developers (listed under my company on LinkedIn) has been a developer for Mineplex for 5 years. The point of providing my LinkedIn profile in place of a conventional resume is to provide legitimacy and peace of mind.

Many server owners or users on this forum, in general, wouldn't know where to start when it comes to registering a company, an important step when scaling a server. I've gone through all of the steps so many times myself and worked with many different banks. I'm also offering investments, something that most managers would be unable to deliver. There is a lot more to my offering than just "Management" although it is one of my greatest strengths, which is why I've chosen to title it that.

This would explain why you don't understand how my work experience relates and is relevant to what I'm providing. However, I always want to improve, so I will make an effort to showcase more of my experience. However, it can be hard to do that while respecting the privacy of my clientele.

Not to be rude but if you have the degrees you say you do, why are you on Minecraft? Shouldn't your time be better spent in real-world companies, not a video game? You can't put Minecraft servers on a professional resume. People will look at it and to be honest, laugh. I am also a manager and I am honestly questioning your reasoning as to being here. I have worked with people that have degrees and what not and I am not trying to offend you but why Minecraft is my question? Also, Minecraft management jobs typically pay less than minimum wage, especially on Minecraft Market, so I am also questioning your motivation... It's not money because you have the means to make that elsewhere and it's not to build a resume because you can't put small Minecraft servers on a resume. I am sorry if I offended you, I do mean it dearly I am just questioning as to why you are on Minecraft Market advertising your management services when you are qualified to do much, much more than Minecraft Market.
