Monthly Expenses: (hosting + annual domain renewal) is about $11 to $12 per month to run this starter site that I'm including with the domain.
I have already developed a phpBB (open source) forum on the domain and have installed various extensions from the phpBB community to enhance the site. I ran absolute minimal advertising and got some posts started.
The site is already noticing early activity with 12 registered users and 55+ posts.
For ease of transfer I will just include the DreamHost account with this listing so that there is no site transfer to hassle with. Hosting is currently about $10/month and it includes free SSL from LetsEncrypt.
I am open to all serious offers.
If you'd like small modifications or the installation of a different theme I can do so at no additional charge.
I will pay middle man fees if you don't feel comfortable going first.

This is a great starter business that requires little to no programming experience to run. Has a built in admin panel to control everything including putting advertising slots on the site by just pasting your code and selecting where to run the ad.
phpBB is a wonderful free alternative to XenForo and is 100% open sourced with great community support, extensions, and themes/skins.
Just advertise the site, get users, and run ads.
