I’m sorry but thats your opinion many actually appreciate the work I do and the software I develop if you don’t want to buy it that’s your choice.

I went nuts? All I stated is that I had no clue who you are (still don’t) and told you to “have a good one”. I don’t understand why you’re calling me a mean person if you’ve never spoken with me before. I’ve been nothing but respectful in every message I’ve sent here.

Thanks, and that's understandable based on first glances. I encourage you to review them and note the simply copy and pasted ones claiming things don't work, the fact the same people continue to re-review the plugin negatively, and also the fact 90% of them don't even reference the plugin itself but rather support or some other random thing.

There are over 600 purchases so no, VC's are not going to be offered. Additionally I do not have a public test server setup.

While I've known JC_Plays_MC for a long while, and overall produces really high quality plugins - the support given to buyers and the responses are poor. I've seen first hand how badly treated buyers are when something is what they deem as a 'plugin fault', and instead you're always pouncing on others as if your plugin is '100% perfect' and never has a fault. While I do love your plugins (having purchased them myself), I believe it's users being forced on their own to solve problems due to the low level of support.

You'd be best to up your tune and show to everyone that you truly care about your buyers, and try to turn those negative reviews (which you do have plenty) into positives. Which overall will get you more buyers, those being loyal who may also buy other resources that you have made. Most people will turn their back to your resource, even though it truly is an amazing set of plugins you've produced - the reviews to others will draw them away.

I appreciate the kind words and from an overall standpoint do understand where you're coming from. That being said where you're coming from is the belief that I believe my resources are perfect which I have never stated so nor intend it to appear as such. People believe me to be "pouncing" as you would put it when I simply ask for more information regarding what they claim to be an error and this leads to many people reaching out to the reviews to post poor reviews based on the support given when all I'm doing is simply asking for more information. It becomes frustrating when guidelines are set out and people continually ignore them and report errors without providing all of the necessary information.

Thanks for your insightful comment. Just an FYI you’re purchasing software, support is not guaranteed in any sort whatsoever as stated in Spigot’s TOS and the resources TOS.

Would appreciate if you actually left comments related to the software rather than your personal opinions of myself, who had taken the time out of my day to respond to your support related queries.
