Hello, I am looking for someone who can help me improve the connections of European players to my Minecraft server.

- The server is hosted in New York, but I've seen tons of servers hosted the same place, but I still get good connection (and I live in Norway)

Bungeecord, you'll need another server and make sure your hosting company supports it

You would probably want a dual bungeecord server setup.
A bungeecord for NA, A bungeecord in EU (probably OVH's location) and then Link both of them using Redisbungee.
Now the bungeecord's can contact eachother... You set both bungeecord to connect the user to the Mc server.

If you already have a bungeecord, it would make it easier.
