Purge plugin

Hello I am currently looking for a custom purge plugin.

main idea of the plugin is that when the command /purge start (time) is types all pvp around the server is enabled expect spawn.

will also need players to be able to check how much time is left when purge is enabled.

command would need to be /purge.
I would like it to display the hours, minutes, and seconds.

I need all messages customizable in configuration also.
