Note: The build lacks a insurmountable list of things that would make it worth purchasing:
1. Seizure inducing worldedit
2. Seizure inducing palette
3. No decent designs except for the decent water textures.

I know its not the best but I don't want to go around saying mean and demotivating stuff like that. The only thing I would do would be provide constructive criticism, not pessimistic stuff like that.

hate to say it, but I agree. while the delivery of the feedback could've been different, the essence is that most potential clients could do this themselves easily. no need to spend money on it.

OP, I strongly recommend you get in a LOT more practice before attempting to sell builds. it's not something everyone can do.
