BTTDM Minecraft was a PvP Factions Server that I developed, it wasn't that successful when it was still running but it wasn't that bad too. That means, it's a good server to run if you're wanting a new server. You may check the server with this Server IP: 144.217.186.150:25565
You can buy only the server files and ill be giving you an FTP Access so you could download the files. The server has Minigames such as SkyWars, SkyBlock, Mob Arena, TnTRun, Cube Runner and Paintball. It also has some custom/cool plugins such as Lay, SimpleSit, Disguise, and more for donators. Warps and arenas are also built by my old players, that means warp builds are not found on google or somewhere else. (Except for Spawn) You may check the server for more.
