PVP FIX for 1.12.2 server.

I'm searching someone, who can implement the old pvp (knockback and hit delay) from vanilla 1.8 version, to 1.12.2 paper spigot.

I have already tried it, but this is not working perfectly, and the bigeest problem is with the knockback, even when i have tried a lot of testing, there is still the felling of 1.9+ pvp. So this is why i want to have it directly implememted into the engine itself.
