We’re specifically recruiting for the following voluntary roles:
Support Team Lead - Overseeing a small support function, helping maintain standards, and supporting team members. Position filled
Quality Assurance Lead - Reviewing interactions, ensuring consistency, and helping improve overall quality.Position filled
These roles are suited to individuals who are:
Reliable and level-headed
Have good communication skills
Interested in contributing to a structured project
This is an early-stage project with a strong focus on organisation, safety, and long-term development.
While these are voluntary positions, they offer valuable experience and can be included on your CV. References may be provided where appropriate.
