Hi All,

I’m currently looking to bring a couple of people into a growing community-focused online project. We currently have a team of 8.

We’re specifically recruiting for the following voluntary roles:

• Support Team Lead - Overseeing a small support function, helping maintain standards, and supporting team members. Position filled
• Quality Assurance Lead - Reviewing interactions, ensuring consistency, and helping improve overall quality. Position filled

These roles are suited to individuals who are:

• Reliable and level-headed
• Have good communication skills
• Interested in contributing to a structured project

This is an early-stage project with a strong focus on organisation, safety, and long-term development.

While these are voluntary positions, they offer valuable experience and can be included on your CV. References may be provided where appropriate.
