Quality Setup: Builds, gamemode, FULLY set up

Good afternoon,

I'm looking for someone who is able to develop a server for me - this should include; builds and full configuration (installation and customization of plugins).

In terms of the gamemode I am looking for, I'm currently unsure. I want it to be a PvP focused gamemode but have not fully come to a decision. If anyone has a particular area of expertise on a gamemode meeting these criteria, I will likely go with that.

In terms of budget, I have not worked on servers for nearly 12 months now, so I am unsure what the market is like nowadays in terms of pricing. Please provide a portfolio and estimated cost.
