By ordering and/or purchasing a product/ service from me you automatically agree to the Terms of Service below:
1. I reserve the right to deny anyone from placing an order for any of my products / services, for any reason.
2. All payments must be sent by using the PayPal ‘Friends & Family’ option.
3. Once you have placed an order, you are required to pay at least 50% of the total payment up front. After the product is complete and you are pleased, the remaining amount of money will be paid and a file containing the finished product will be sent to you.
4. Major alterations to your product will come with a cost which is determined on a case-to-case basis. You have a 24-hour period after you have received the final product to contact me about any small alterations you desire. After 24 hours, they will come at a small cost which is determined on a case-to-case basis.
5. You are not allowed to claim my work as your own.
6. I reserve the right to reject your request for a refund, partial or full, without reason at any time.
7. Chargebacks and disputes are strictly prohibited. Any chargeback or dispute issued by you will result in a scam report against you and any other necessary action needed.
8. I retain the rights to use products I create any way I wish. For example, in a portfolio.
9. These Terms of Service can change at any time, without notice.
10. Failure to comply with the Terms of Service above will result in a scam result being made against you on http://www.mc-market.org/.
