Hello their are you using a dedicated host?
Just saying, you can tell by looking at the image he's using a dedicated host.
How?
"Hubs" Then the 3 hubs... control panels (multicraft for example) isolate each server, so you would have a different folder for each.
Just an fyi.

Bungee your hubs together, throw this in your proxy, configure.

I have three hubs for my server and they need to be identical. I was wondering how server owners hook the hubs together, is it through filezilla? If anybody could help me that'd be awesome.

I want them to all be connected so when one gets updated they all do. Is this possible?

Probably thru a custom-made program that listens for a file change to be made that tosses into the other 2 folders.

You might be able to do this thru crontabs
