Hi,
Planning on setting up a minecraft server host.
In order to get some clients and hopefully some recurring subscriptions on services I am to offer, I am thinking of reducing prices of packages right down in order to get some people interested. The catch is, they have to pay with Paypal and the payment will recur every month except the next month (and after) it will be full priced.
My tactic is basically making a loss in order to gain a few clients but my question is this:
What if my clients open a dispute against me on Paypal. Minecraft hosting is a digital good, wouldn't I lose ? How can I be sure I can win if a dispute is opened ?

Thanks in advance.

That's a scum move tbh, don't do that or no one will order from you.

You cannot be sure that you will win every chargeback...that's part of the business if you are using PayPal. But if you have legally registered company and well written TOS than your chances are fairly high (on condition that you don't mislead your clients/hide the fact that after 30 days price for hosting will be higher)

But honestly I really dislike this idea. I actually left my previous host because of this reason...one day they stopped accepting 'Paypal single payment'. I'm glad Anvilnode don't do it.
