(QUESTION) How much for a website?

Hello, as the title says. How much would a website cost and it includes the following:

Player searcher through a database, factions search from database, custom forums with /register (pretty much something like the old website of Kohi/MineHQ) talking about 2015-2016 minehq website since that one was 100% hotter than the 2018 one.

I am asking this since I am in need of a website developer but since I've never contacted / don't know any decided to ask to the public.

For the backend stuff alone, it sounds more complicated than it is. Probably around $30-40

For all of it? And I know it's complicated since it's all through databases (Mongo).

Yeah, just for querying alone. Doing the front end and making it look nice is a whole other thing.
