Quick Question (hp under name)

So, basically, I have added a feature that can acquire hp under a player's name. However, I would like to acquire the hp of people only on my team rather than everybody on the server.

How can I implement the feature where only people on my team can see the hp? Thank you so much! I appreciate all responses.

Perhaps you can add the players into a hashmap like hashmap<team1,team2> and set the scoreboard only for team1 members and such?
