Hub was bought and got resell rights for everything. Neither are premade.

Server did release with a steady playerbase of 30-40.

I recommend you don’t buy it, they are leaving it in a very unstable state. The server crashed within 20 minutes of release and they do not want to fix it. They are selling a broken server.
