Yes, our servers have MySQL and you can use Spigot with custom plugins.

I found this and saw cheap prices in the title.
I look at the thread and $15 for 5 GB? Tbh I wouldn't buy that, too expensive for 5 GB. I can get 10 GB for $12.

With Minecraft hosting, you generally tend to get what you pay for. If you pay a higher price, you get better hardware. That is up to you to decide though.

Hey their, it is cheaper because this 12$ one you speak of is most likely a budget plan. Ram shard, I'm pretty sure they use I7 CPU but budget servers use a intel Pentium if I can remember correctly.

How's that any better than anyone else? Most companies that I've seen respond within minutes.

It depends on the company you are talking about. There are a lot of companies that claim to have 24/7 support, but really don't. I've seen sites leave their live chat online even when no one is there, so it is a mix of both.
