It's pretty simple, our management and sales representatives have a cut of 15%.
The other whole 85% goes to you. We think it's important not taking more than needed to keep our business running, so we can give you a big amount of the commission in your pocket. If it is up to us, that's a win-win!

We're proud to say that we did multiple donations to good causes like The Red Cross in these times. Because we want to help as much as we can. Rough times, demands generosity. Our commission rate is simple: 85% commissioner, 15% Randstad. We pay our sales representatives, management fees and marketing of that 15%. Our goal is to help everyone get a reliable and fast plugin development service. And we did a pretty good job. Building a very great customer base that is coming back every time for new projects. That's because service is the top priority, we talk with our customers about everything. Personally, Randstad is like a family for me. And in the future, we want to offer a service for everything.
