Not specifically. And I have a current laptop and it's absolute shit when playing Minecraft.

Build whatever pc you would like, and then send me the list. I will help you with the modifications or better for cheaper hardware. Up to you.

The thing is, the Minecraft on Android is not Java and has been co-developed by another company to run natively on Android, and it's extremely optimized for Android. The PC version is Java and a bloated piece of shit that is poorly optimized in favor of wide availability. A PC version of Minecraft could be made that is sleek and heavily optimized to run on Windows, but it would require going native and ditching Java... which is essentially where they are going with the Windows 10 version of Minecraft.
