The motherboard is meh, B models are really old, you could something much better like a Z or Y for a bit more money.

You also state "High Speed Gaming" in your RAM without actually mentioning the clock speed.

Yes, it can run Fortnite and most likely stream but I'd upgrade the graphics card, we also need to know the clock speed as said above. I can kinda tell it's copy and pasted from online so just send us the link to the PC

not bad
i should suggest for anyone planning on getting a streaming/recording/budget gaming pc, get a optiplex 9020 and get it an insane gpu, i'm currently on a default SSF optiplex 9020 with a gt 1030 and just that gets me 1080p 120fps recording with 200-400 fps in-game (minecraft) and 60+ fps on every other game i play (medium/high settings), get a 1060/1070 and you're good to go for a while

you get obs, then set up game capture, then record with intel quicksync instead of nvenc or x264
QuickSync uses the integrated GPU of your computer, so while your normal GPU handles the game graphics, your integrated GPU handles the recording

How in tf do I get quicksync I only remember there being nvenc or x264 as I disabled the onboard gpu

For 1080p, I can see the graphics card holding up for about 2 years max while some modern games are already going to be pushing that rx 470 to its limit. Rather than upgrading the graphics card right away, use it for about a week and see how it holds up in the games you play. I don't play fortnight but given the playerbase it shouldn't be that demanding. Haven't heard of the other game you mention. The ram speed could be better but it's okay. Probably not worth upgrading unless you have like $90 to burn on non-rgb ram. I'd put money first into a crucial mx500 500gb which can run for a bit above $50 after using a Google express monthly new user code. If the graphics card doesn't give you the frames you want, I'd look for a used 1070 personally but if you want new, I'd go for a 1660ti. I'd argue a 2060 is overkill for a 1080p display unless you really want raytracing which is going to be available for all 10 and 16 series cards in April anyway.

How much are you paying for it?
