Hello, to start my name is RustMC (Or John), and I am looking to create a completely functional server creation team of members who all have their own skillsets, that can then benefit the servers being created. The purpose of the creation of such a team is to be able to rapidly create a nice standing network of servers, that's income is split x amount of ways after expenses to all the creators involved instead of one time payments to those services, and the direct owner claiming all of it. Creation of such a team would...


  1. Save money on the development of the server by already having people lined up to do so with little to no expense(You're probably thinking who would do so many hours for free, well you're not, you're simply investing time for a greater future amount, and with a full and complete team that isn't such a far future)
  2. All sources are already covered allowing quick responses and completion of all aspects needed for the server to run properly and efficiently and most importantly quickly and on time.
  3. Invested interest - by allowing a delegator to submit income to those who it belongs after server expenses are kept track of and paid off, your hard work will have definitely paid off. Though in the beginning, you're working for free and aware that not all of the money is going to you, you'll at least know that you'll be making much more then if you had just been paid "one-off" and missing out on a huge opportunity to make much more.
  4. This team will make it so success is guaranteed as long as it's executed properly.

Development Team (these are less of requirements and more of a recommendation of knowledge to have before contacting) (It's okay if you don't have some of this knowledge as we're looking for multiple developers in most of these knowledge bases)

Management Team

  • Media Manager Position - have knowledge of how social media works in advertising(Twitter, Instagram), be able to manage server advertisement sites for Minecraft server lists, Manage discord partnerships, Updating any online links, and managing YouTuber/Twitch Ranks

  • Head-Staff(Staff-Manager Position) - Lots of staff knowledge, understands the process of properly hiring staff and knows exactly what they should know and how to prepare them for their jobs as a staff member of RustMC. In charge of selection Administration team and trains head-administrator on his duties of control.

  • Public Relations Officer - Great communication skills, and is able to engage in conversation with the community and getting a better understanding of what the community wants. Finds people who are willing to vouch on behalf of a person applying for staff. Plans server-wide events and deals with learning of any server breaking bugs and glitches and also inform's the community of any incoming news, the community manager must also provide support in most in-game and discord and also trains the staff, and support team on matters of dealing with questions and how to provide maximum support
Graphic Design
  • Good with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Familiar with HTML(Especially basics)
  • Some Web design
  • Beable to use CSS

Texture Pack Creator
  • Be able to use Elements
  • Be able to use low-poly
  • Be able to use Voxels efficiently
  • Understand the MCMETA
  • Familiar with either opl's Model Creator, or block bench, or Cubik Pro
  • Adding languages
  • Animation Properties.
Build Team
  • Have pretty good availability when told in advanced
  • Always be prepared
  • Good working together
  • Have lots of building knowledge
  • A variety of building styles
Creative Writer
  • Have pretty good grammar(better than mine, please)
  • Be very creative with words
  • Ability to get technical
  • Be very engaging
  • Be very Attention Grabbing
Configurator
  • Be very knowledgeable with of permissions and their nodes (Mainly PermissionEX)
  • Extremely good with commands
  • Great understanding of API's and Holograms
  • 100% understanding of all Minecraft color formats
  • Spigot.jar configuration
Terraformer
  • Great understanding of different types of sceneries, and terrains
  • Proficient in land shaping(using brushes or any other methods)
  • Proficient with WorldPainter

Hey, I’m interested in this type of thing, but I would love to know what type of server this is?

I could possibly be another head-staff, or maybe someone in a staff position, but I need to know some things first.

1: What type of server is this? (Factions, Skyblock, etc)

2: What time zone are you in/what time zone is the server based around?

That’s a great question blaze! So basically at the moment I am creating a server called RustMC a Minecraft server based around the notorious survival game Rust, all with the functions of custom crafting, guns for pvp, custom mobs including retextured and configured pigs to be boars that do mildly attack, blue print crafting system, custom build system, mining nodes(piles) around the world, custom terraformed terrain, custom 3D models for every single item used on the server. But here’s the thing that’s just where I want to start. This server is almost prepared with very little work left to do from plug-in side of things. Once the server starts and opens and can bring in a sufficient amount of funds I want to soon later as well as continue updating the RustMC server heavily, I also want to expand into a network of not common, completely original, 100% customized servers on a network in category’s, such as Ancient Era - and break that off into 2- maybe 3 servers being like, Ancient Rome - too much too explain now, Ancient Chinese Empire(With samurai and fighters, farmers, and npc merchants, giant custom terrains with the Great Wall of China being built(maybe reset happens every time the whole wall is built), Ancient Europe - kings and queens, peasants, etc. and all of this simply just being one category the 5 main categories I’m thinking. And then of course have a classic category, of just Factions(with a few twists I won’t share now), skyblock, minisgames server(cops versus robbers, spleef, hunger games, etc), Prison originals from the beginning of Minecraft, with wardens, prison guards, confiscated items, and more self run with a realistic type prison with mines on walls and in shafts. And having to travel by buses with other prisons to get to mining site.) and much much much more categories and server ideas. Well, I see what you're saying, I myself have seen people try to make far fetched guarantee's without any evidence of it being true or possible. But where there is a will there is a way, That is what I plan to do.
