Aschorren isnt that bad. I only read/post here about the people who are supporting him lol. All of you people supporting Asc are making him look worse by being total fuckers in this arguement. You guys should stop ruining his rep.

What I have to say about this thread: Asc stated is was for beginners. Most server owners dont know a shit about advertising when they start. But $50 is WAY to overpriced. He lowered it to $12.50 right now and its pretty fair. Dont buy the e-book if your not a beginner.

Should Jesse be unbanned? Yes. As M6 says, when you purchase something you have to clearly agree to the TOS or it doesnt count. You cant just put a TOS on your shop and say they agree to it by buying the product. You need to have them agree to the TOS. In this case Jesse never agreed to this TOS

So what should happen? Affixes should be given some warning points and unbanned. Asc should use the resource system(It makes people agree to a TOS)
