First I would like to say I'm not biased towards Affixes in any way. If I was, I would be in favor of unbanning him.
He was a good admin, but since he's gone I haven't seen him around MC-Market much.
When you are selling an item that is being sold to many people (such as an e-book or a plugin, and in some cases, builds) it is expected that you are not to distribute or resell it, unless given permission by the author.
From the information I've gathered on the e-book, it seems if you didn't know about any of the methods and didn't utilize any, it would only be you and your friends playing. By doing each method you will gain a player base from different locations and it could be very beneficial.
From my experience administrating servers in the past, there are two things to worry about. Getting players and player retention. The e-book sounds to focus on the former, so if your server isn't fun, then you probably won't have many players on your server.

Honestly, though, I feel as though you miss one of the key points in this all, and that's the fact that you really don't seem to have much respect for people as soon as they attempt to fight back against you. You call slander and verbal attacks and then proceed to do the exact same. I don't understand why you push at that and expect this to get any better, because that is the core of why this is happening.
Maybe the ebook version that was leaked that you released wasn't great. Okay. That's fine. But at least own up to it. The community might still get on your case about it, but far more people would be willing to say "okay, he at least made an effort". Instead you sit here and harass the people who harass you. Is it fair? No, I'd be pretty annoyed too. You have that right to be annoyed. But you shouldn't consider yourself having the right to use your title of large server owner to talk down to others.
It would've been easier to swallow your pride, admit that you fucked up, and lie low until this whole thing breezes over. But you didn't. You sat there mocking members and calling them names. You called people losers because they didn't have a server and you did. You sit here and say that "profanity is a weapon of the weak". You build yourself up and up, creating this pedastal of why you are just sooo much better than everyone else.
And you wonder why people are pissed off and attacking you? You claim affixes got his friends to get on your for your ban, but you know as well as I do that that hate spreads far further than that, and it stems from your treatment of other people as though they are below you. Again, I'd like to reiterate that what I'm saying has nothing to do with affixes, nothing to do with mick/rocket/that whole conspiracy fiasco, nothing about bias. Just the way you treat others.
This isn't the first time you've done it, either - even in personal conversation. I've noticed it when I decided that I didn't really want to work for you. I noticed it when you guilt tripped me into getting set up the day that we did when someone in my family passed. You called me a fool without considering what I was actually saying to you, and proceeded to harass Ajdin for the next day and attempt to guilt trip him until it got to the point where we had to let you in to our private conversation just to get you off of him and show you that he was only answering questions that I asked, and was very civil about it. And I know you're not the only person you've done this to, though I fear bringing them into this as I'm scared of you attempting to get them in trouble.
TL;DR You own a big server. You have a large vocabulary. That doesn't give you the right to talk down to others. That doesn't give you the right to accept your role as the victim and only the victim. If you so truly want to help other aspiring server owners, then teach them this lesson now. Regardless of who you are, treat your community with respect. Being the big server owner that you are, I would expect you to understand that. I would expect you to understand how to treat other people, even when they piss you off. Because that's when this will stop. Basic human decency goes a long way.

Let the truth be heard. There's no denying how he has treated other users. He tried getting Affixes banned months ago with slandering accusations. Accusations that can be compared to how people are treating him now. Karma always comes back to bite you in the ass.

Well in your screenshot, he knows some passwords. This doesn't make it hacking. Hacking would be forcefully getting into someone else's account. It also states that he "could" take all the money and run. This is a "could" and is pure speculation with no hard evidence.
It shows he has the capability to hack into a server. So you didn't speak of hacking....
