Hey All,

I’ve seen a lot of talk about the quality of developers in this community, and I believe they are very untrue. There are some very good developers in this community and I’ve compiled a list (just as a reference) of the developers I would personally recommend to buy from.

- PTech
- Futurize
- joeleoli
- Eric
- 1017Ethan (web design)
- kev626
- lightlord323
- everful
- Huli
- tokyojack

If you would like to get on this list, shoot me a PM with your GitHub and proof of ownership and I’ll add you if it’s any good. The code will be thoroughly vetted, so don’t be insulted if I bring something up.

Let me know if there’s anyone I should add to this! Hopefully it’ll help weed out the skids from the actual developers.

Cheers,
Eric

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

I'd 100% recommend tokyojack ~ Hands down one of the best developers I've had the pleasure working with.

$60k+ is the average entry salary.

I've been developing for years and I'd personally be embarrassed to call myself a professional developer in a certain language without at least a few years of industry experience in it.

I've seen it a lot on McMarket, all of these "professional developers" and "database administrators" without a degree or even 1 year of industry experience who haven't even scratched the surface and don't know what it actually means to be a real developer or a db administrator.
$60k a year and you're a software developer, boiiii u be gettin scammed by the indians

I've worked freelance as a Java developer for 3 years, and I also have a full time software development job. Both of those are classed as "professions".
So you work a full-time job as a software engineer? Assuming you are 17 as your profile says, how did you get your foot in the door without a degree? And why do you sell plugins and shit on McMarket then for pocket change?

If you check his website, it says 'Software Development Apprentice' and if you look up what an apprentice is..
1. a person who is learning a trade from a skilled employer, having agreed to work for a fixed period at low wages.
With that said, becoming an apprentice, or what we call it in the United States, an intern, requires little to no experience or degree and pays the very minimum. So yeah, this site is good pocket change for him.

Care to actually provide evidence or just wanna be an ass?

Just because you’ve got beef with Futurize doesn’t mean he isn’t a good programmer. That’s what I don’t get about people like you, totally ignorant.[DOUBLEPOST=1538636558][/DOUBLEPOST]

I get paid a bit more than minimum wage and I get a constant flow of challenging work (Industrial IoT), so it’s always fun :)

So he's an intern in other words. Not a "professional developer".

Intern is a totally different thing. I’m essentially being trained into the role and I stay at the job at the end of the apprenticeship
