Recruiting A "Server Developer"

My name is Venus_TP, I'm just wandering around this wonderful site I recently found and thought I could find someone on here who has a reasonable amount of knowledge of servers and could help piece together mine with me.

I am working on a Prison server. HAHA yeah that's a lot of work right? All the building is done, just need help with a few development stuff behind the scenes

So WHO Am I looking for?

Well..Anyone...really.. Just have as much or hopefully more knowledge in this department than me. I'm 19 been & I've doing this for longer than I will publicly announce.. Just meet/tell me a few requirements?

• What you're good at
• What do you know? Please don't be so vague!
  
• What's your experience? Don't say "I've been staff on like 6 servers their all real I swear bro"
• How much do you know about prison?

I'll PM you my Skype if I like what I see, and I'll add you to the Skype group chat. We're all cool its just 3 of us including myself.

What am I good at?
I can code simple/complex bukkit and spigot plugins. I spend quite alot of time coding these plugins and make sure the features work on the server.
My experience?
I am a experienced developer I was interested in minecraft servers for over 5-6 years. I was so engaged in developing a server I had many hosted servers varying from home hosted and real hosting. As I grew better at developing I decided to develop my own hosting company which is going well. I have a ton of spare time to code unique plugins.

How much do I know about prison?
Well think about it I started minecraft a good 7-8 years ago my first server I had played on was a cracked prison server. Now I enjoy helping servers by bringing something new to them.

What you are trying to recruit a developer, but yet it isn't paid. What is the reason for not paying the developer?
