Recruiting Builders, Manager & Advertisers for a BUILD TEAM!

Hello everyone, I'm currently recruiting builders and advertisers as seen in title for a new team that I'll be creating that could do building sales such as sell spawns, arenas, schematics and so on. I am not sure about the name of the team, but I'm sure we can think of one together.
The build team will SPLIT money in fair shares so no one who worked for it gets left out or a unfair share of the earned cash.

Sadly, I can't recruit you with this proof, because the only things you have built in the picture is street lamps and roads. The trees I'm not even sure if you have built them or just grown them. A house or some another build could be better to post here.
