Recruiting Developers for Multiple Servers

Hello,

I'm looking to recruit multiple Developers who could work on SkyBlock Wars & Another Server, you'll be paid once the servers get donations in but I'd rather talk about payment in Private.

What would you be doing for the servers?

At the moment, I'm doing a major revamp on Static Prison so I need to hire multiple people to work there and help bring out some updates what the players want. I'd rather have somebody who can do Java Coding due to the project we're looking to release (Will be enquired about via PM).

I'll also need some people to help bring out some updates for SkyBlock Wars, It's very close to release but I know It needs some things done before I'm able to release to the public because I'm worried about first impressions.

Unfornatanatly at this time, I'm only hiring freelance workers who could help out.

Well you're practically begging for developers. You're not paying real money, and developers only work for real money.

I used to be a developer, and I really couldn't stand people that wanted plugins for free, people don't know how much think work and effort go into a plugin, it's not just using a tool like worldedit and building a build, it's way more complicated.

Guys dont work for him. Hes VERY immature. I was helping him, and he wants to release without a SHOP and without ANY permissions. When i told him that if he does release now, the server will be a f*ck up. Then he banned me, blocked me and gave me a false -rep (wich now is removed)

I'll work for you gladly, here are my terms.

• I get 75% of revenue when the server released.
• I get all the rights that you have.
• If the server fails to generate at least $50 before a month has passed in which the server released, you will owe me a set payment that will be agreed on.
• If the server never releases, you will also owe me another payment of $50 + (will be agreed upon)
