I will make this short and as easy to follow and understand as I can.
MultiVoidNetworks is a Factions Server with 16GB of RAM and a server pretty much already made with the Hub and Spawn done, Donor Ranks and kits made, and Perms pretty much already done.
All we need is Members of staff and a few more features added to the server for it to be released to the public.
We will be hiring a large amount of staff members bigger than the average minecraft server.
Before you read further every single staff member no matter what their role is must speak fluent English, have Skype (free), have Discord (free) and have a Trello account (Also free).
We use Discord to communicate to each other more easily (it is pretty much TeamSpeak 3), skype is for backup communications and Trello is used for managers and Exo's to assign work and tasks to both the Development Team and the Community Team.
The Server Staff Team is split three ways, Community staff [Admins, Mods and Helpers] Development Staff [Architects, Builders, developers, Web Developers and Plugin configurators] Media Staff [Twitter Admin, Website Admin (Website Admin and Twitter Admin posts updates and runs the server's website forums and helps answer questions) and Customer Support Admin (This Role is for when players seek a refund and have a valid reason for a refund the Customer Support Admin seeks a solution to their problem(s)]

- We will have 5 Community Staff Teams who will be on the server at different times to the other Community Staff Teams (Different shifts) they will have one Manager responsible for them and there tasks, each Manager will manage ONE team which will consist of 13 Community Staff Members.
- EXOS Will Manage the Community Managers and the Development Staff Members. Each EXO will have one Community Manager and one Development Manager to Manage and hand work over to for them to hand over to their team (Dev Teams).
- Lead Managers, one for Development staff members and one for community members will be responsible for all managers on their half of the server. They will work along the EXO's and assist the where ever they can, they will share the management with all the EXO's. Lead Managers will hire and fire staff members. They will manage the teams while the team's EXO is away or unavailable.
- Each Manager May name their team as they wish to stand out instead of numbers if they wish to.
- Community Staff such as Admins, Mods and Helpers should go to their Managers if they have any concerns or suggestions, then if the Manager can not answer or resolve any questions or enquires they should contact their EXO and if they can't they shall contact me the Owner.
- So to clarify the chain of command for community staff is:

ALL Staff Members will be given shifts to fill these shifts will be around you so you can be available for your shift.

What do these Ranks do?
- Web Developer: Develop Websites, Manage Trello and the Server Discord Server.
- Builder: Builders Build maps, spawns, arenas and much much more.
- Architect: Architects Manage Builders, and give them tasks and goals to do each Architect manages five Builders.
- Developer: Developers Develop plugins, help with plugin config, perms, custom texture packs and web design where ever they can.
- Plugin Configurator: Plugin Configurators, configure plugins and help out with setting them up with both perms and commands they also help to teach Community and Development staff how to use them they can also add plugins with permission from the Owner or a EXO.
- Server Side Admin: Will be one individual who will have ALL access to the server and will help the Owner and EXO's with server management and will hand out tasks to Dev's and Plugin Configurators. They will have access to add/edit the server and backup the server.
