Who are we?
Imagine Builds is a newly re-opened build team looking to recruit talented builders from all around the world. We have worked with 4 different servers so far and are currently working towards a professional team portfolio. Why are we looking for builders? We used to have a lot more members but ever since we took a break from building, a lot of them left. Most high quality professional teams have 20-100 members, we have 4.

What are we looking for?
We're looking to recruit up to 10-20 builders with various skills. In the list below, these are what we are really looking for but if one builder is adept at more than one skill, they will have a higher chance of being accepted.
What we need:
3 Team Terraformers
3 Medieval Builders
2 Team Managers
2 Modern Builders
2 Architects/Artist to draw/plan out large-scale projects

Payment
The money from each project will be split evenly to each team member with 10% going to the team itself (for website upkeep, advertising, etc.).
The payments can range from $5-$150+ per person depending on the project.

Timeframes
Projects can take a long time or no time at all, usually ranging from 1 day - 2 months, also depending on the project.

Requirements
- You must be online for at least 1 hour a day, 4 days a week, when the team is working on a project.
- You must have Skype and Paypal.
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- You must be fluent in English.
- Fill out the application sheet and send it to me via Skype or Email.

I'm not sure, and correct me if I'm wrong, if any build team has 100, or even 75 members...

I know you said your building a "professional" portfolio, but what have you 4 builders done so far, this is essential for builders who are wanting to apply to know what you are looking for.

I would also recommend removing : The payments can range from $5-$100 per person depending on the project. because if someone works 3 months on a project they should really get more than $100.

I too had no idea that teams had so many members but before making this thread, I spoke with a lot of team leaders about build teams and a surprising amount of them said they had from 50-100 members.

What I mean by "professional" portfolio is that we're trying to re-make our old one that had some low quality builds in it from a long time ago so we scrapped it and started a new one. We're looking for as high quality builders as we can get.

Blockworks and Gocreative have maybe 20 active members. at most. Only team that may have had close to a hundred may have been FireUK

Your builds are also lackluster, and comparing to how many faults were in this thread. You need to rethink making a professional team. At the current stance I would assume it's gonna bust.

We have been doing the best we can and I assure you, we will thrive. We've only been open for about a month but the quality of our builds is still high. We have been working with 2-3 people max per build and that's why our portfolio is not as impressive as other teams.
