Hello everyone,

This post might be a bit different than others but I am hoping to find a partner to help me create a thriving community.

In the past I owned a fairly successful RP Minecraft server centered around the Harry Potter Universe. After closing that server due any attempts I have made to start a server have been marked by the same problem: Time.

I do not have the time to create a server and cultivate a community. But I love the ability of games to bring people together with the common goal of having a good time.

So in order to satisfy my need I am looking for a Server Manager.

Server Manager:
- Will preferably be ages 16 and up
- Will preferably have experience managing a server from a macro-level (negotiable)
- Manage the server and the server community
- Appoint staff
- Advertise for the community
- Cultivate a positive environment
- Will not be responsible for using personal money to fund the server
