How Old are you: I am 14 years of age.

Do you have any experience Moderating a HCF Server:
Yes, I do. I have been staff on many servers:
Prime Hardcore: Senior Moderator (Name: Sextinqs)
PulseHCF: Moderator (Name: lolitshashtag)
VashHCF: Helper (Name: Sextinqs)

Do you know how to SS: Yes, first let me go over basic commands.

1.Freeze/SS (Freezes Players giving them a message to join TS)
2.Kick (Kicks Player From Server)
3.Ban (Bans Player From Server)
4.IPBan (Bans A Players IP, [prevents alting])
5.Staff/Mod (Puts you into /god,/v, and /fly and gives you special tools.
6.Warn (Warns player 3 warns in sections can lead to a [ban,kick,mute]
7.Tempban (Temporarily bans player)

Now, how to screenshare.

What you would do if you were screen sharing someone: I would first ask them to admit to any sort of Illegal Modifications / Unfair Advantages. If they do not, I would make them hit f3 To see versions,mods,(Xray Extensions). Then Into Snooper Settings. To check their versions and Extra Mods. After this, I would make them go into controls and switch attack key to RightShift, ArrowUpKey, and Grave ( ~ ). Then Make them shift and hit UpArrow It opens up Spook. Next, It's time for them to open up their resource packs, scroll through packs to check for XRay Packs. Then Go to .minecraft through that they could be hiding the real one. After you go to .minecraft Go into mods check for file sizes.
-bspkrsCore: 195kb or lower
-ArmorStatusHUD: 27kb or lower
-StatusEffectHUD: 24kb or lower
-DirectionHUD: 24kb or lower
-ToggleSneak: 21/22 kb (no lower or higher)
Look For LightLoader That Is Used For Ghost Clients.
After this is checked if any are at a wrong size open the ones that stand out. (You can check sizes to your own).
Then Go into versions and then the version they are in to see the Jar. If they have an incorrect Forge for their mods they have a Ghost Client installed. Then Go into Roaming,TS3 client Cache, lemote you will find a file that is spookster (Cracked)
Then Go back into Roaming Java and check for a lib file they can hide it so check all the files and make sure you have hidden files off. Then back into roaming,skype, my skype received files (Leaked Spook will roam in there)After that tell them to go into their Users (C:\Users\Their User/My Skype Received File (You will Find a random game they won't have installed. Or Petroglyph *Spooky Spookster) Then I would have them go to vape.gg double click the tab and if they have an account go through it to see if they have Vape. (Then Tell them to run CheatSmasher, I have the cheatsmasher on my PC
I can send them the download link) Then go to edit (Search) and look up Spook,Smooth,GUI (legit things will pop up) Then Get USBDeview 32x/64x To Test For USB's And then Everything Downloads to check for all their downloads. A Few Other Things I will Run. (Schematic Reach, LastActivity Viewer) (Other Files Downloads,Recycling bin, Desktop)

Why Do you think you qualify As Staff on My Server: I think I qualify to be staff on AllianceHQ because I can always there for the server. I Can be Active, Dedicated, And Friendly/Mature. I will be nice to all players and Mature when it comes down to getting my job done. I will always help when I can and always try to be on for important events/ Hostings (Koths/SOTW/EOTW) I can SS very nicely and help others learn how to screenshare if they are lacking. I know that Screensharing can be hard for some people, So if I'm accepted I want to teach new Staff Members how to SS to the best of their ability.

And lastly Why do you wanna be Staff? I want to be staff on AllianceHQ because I think I can really help the server. If it is Hosting Events like KOTHs or Conquests. Obviously I can help the server by doing the main job, which is helping players in need of it. Also, screensharing players for Illegal Modifications / Anything that gives someone an unfair advantage, and just banning them straight up if I have the proof. The last reason is because I can do Staff Series videos. Not only will I benefit from it, but the server will too, because my small fan base might not know of the server and may even check it out.

Extra Information:
Times I can be on.

Weekdays: ( 4:30 PM - 10:00PM ) or ( 6:00PM - 10:00PM ) Depending on Cross Country Practice. ( 5 - 6 Hours a Day )

Saturday: ( 12:00PM - 11:00PM) or ( 2:00PM - 11:00PM )Depending on time of my brother football game. ( 9 - 11 Hours a Day )

Sunday: ( 2:00PM - 10:00PM) or (12:00PM - 10:00PM
( 8 - 10 Hours a Day )

Do you have any experience Moderating an HCF Server:
I do not have a lot of Experience as an HCF staff member but I have a lot of experience with dealing with players as I was a mod on a server called RebornCraft.Because I was a staff on Reborn Craft I learned a lot of skills to become a good staff member I learned to deal with players being toxic,ignorant or just in general doing things to harm the players, for example, hacking on the server and ect. Also, I am not new to HCF I have been playing HCF for about 1 year now so I know how to deal with HCF players.

Do you know how to SS: Yes, I know how to screen share but I might need a little help with it I know how to screen share for basic clients such as version client and some other ghost clients but I just need a little help with learning to screen sharing for clients like vape and incognito.

Why Do you think you qualify As Staff on My Server:
The reason to why I think I am qualified to becoming a staff member on AlianceHQ is that I am a professional/experienced staff member that will be active and dedicated to helping the server with the best of his abilities. Also when it comes to doing my job I will always do it honestly without abusing or anything I am also a very friendly/mature person that will handle situations maturely without causing any other problems and ect...

And lastly, Why do you wanna be Staff.
The main reason to why I want to apply for staff is that I simply want to help the server grow bigger and become a great HCF server. I don't really care about being mod or trial mod or the permissions that come with it as my main goal is to help the server grow and make sure that the players are enjoying their time on the server and having an unforgettable time on the server.

Do you have any experience Moderating a HCF Server: I have worked with many HCF Server owners in the past mainly for some sort of Management so i know how to moderate an HCF Server quite well i would say.

Do you know how to SS: Yes, i know how to screenshare well and efficiently in a timely matter.

Why Do you think you qualify As Staff on My Server: I can moderate your servers platforms 5 hours a day nearly every day of the week and keep a close eye on players all time as i don't really play HCF So my main focus would be keeping the community clean and hacker free. I have much experience with previous servers / Networks and i would be able to dedicate a ton of my time towards the server. I specialize mainly in catching pvp and X-ray hackers but i am very good at spotting several other types of clients such as Ghost clients / injectable clients as i have seen many and tested with them on many occasions also have played on several servers where they are quite popular and used frequently. I can also provide the server with youtuber Advertisement if needed as i have connections with 20+ youtubers currently and as of now 6+ Popular HCF youtubers including PainfulPVP.

And lastly Why do you wanna be Staff. I want to be staff honestly to help a starting server like this one out by removing as many hackers / rule breakers as possible and also i would like some more experience within the HCF Community as i do have a good amount but i want to work with a fresh and new community and new people to meet and make friends with many people in the staff team. I want to work hard for this server to insure that it stays clean and the community stays happy. I also want to put my own suggestions into this server as it is just starting off and i have many ideas that i could come up with to make it better.

Yes, I've mostly got experience as a manager, Any other given rank like Senior Moderator or Admin would also be reasonable. But, I'm gonna list them all down:

All of these servers was somewhat hcf/kitmap related. PurePots was the latest, and, with me resigning from all the servers above (deomted on AlliumMC) I would say I have reasonable experience, atleast good to do the job.

Do you know how to SS: Somewhat, as I can find clients like Vape, Incognito and Spook. As said, injection clients and/or gui related clients are usually what I find. I also can find litemod/liteloader clients very easily, and timechanger mod client aswell. I'm usually a quick reactor to new clients, let's say, someone puts +0.7 block reach on optifine, I'm usually someone that tries to find it.

Why Do you think you qualify As Staff on My Server: I think that I got good experience and skills to be a staff member on your server, as I've worked with many "big" HCF servers, including being a manager and trial-mod on a few that I haven't named. I think I would qualify as a staff member on your server as the server is in need of staff members that know what their doing (as a manager/admin/senior moderator). This means, whenever you need anyone that knows how you do all these things like finding clients, managing the network, negotiating prices with youtubers and people in-general, etc, I'm the man. As I've said before, me working with a few former "big" HCF servers would make it a pleasure and a great team for you to get me into your staff team, as a lot of people don't know, experience is key. Without experience you won't get anywhere, this means, If you've never had experience before, I recommend going from low league to big league. Let's say, you got staff on 3 servers, 2 factions and one prison, and all of them weren't too big. Then, you get staff on ParaPots, Voltix, Exodus and then HCGames (I haven't been staff on all of these), then you've developed from low tier staffing, to high tier staffing. That was kinda how I had to go from it, and with that experience I've learned a lot from these. And, a few things is that, Whenever you get someone experienced, the one will usually resign after 3-4 days if the server hasn't released. Which is true, I have done that about 2 times in my career as being a manager/staff-member. But for this server, I won't, as the release date is nearing.

And lastly Why do you wanna be Staff. I would like to be staff because the server is a upcoming server which has good potential. I would love to be with this project as my time as being a staff member has been fun, as lately I have been with a few nice teams. And since I resigned on my latest server PurePots, I feel like I wan't to change up a little and I should be focusing on HCF servers. As I need a little more experience to be "complete" in almost all the "competitive" gamemodes. This means, I would love to do it on a server like AllianceHQ, as the server looks like a server that has one of the best potentials in the hcf community in my opinion. The server is really looking great, and seeing who your going to hopefully encourage to upload the trailer, is another reason I would like to apply. As, Advertising is key, and that you're getting some real hits in the advertising department, I would really LOVE to be with you in this project. And hope that I could be staff till It gets closed or I resigned/get demoted. I would also be able to drag a few famous people in, and one of my good friends that has a knowledge about making xenforo and teamspeak setups/servers/websites. So, I recommend checking him out aswell. But, the server looks super good from what I seen, and would love to be the platform-admin/admin/senior moderator on here.

Why Do you think you qualify As Staff on My Server:
I believe that I should be a staff rank because I stand out from other people. I know the community and I know what to do. I have heavy experience in moderation, and any type of new things to learn, I am willing and open to them. I Love learning and I Love the effect of it. I love helping, me helping makes a change on another person's experience, whether it is just helping a user who might need some assistance, or punishing a user who is ruining the experience for others. I'm not as well the type of person who might come out as a little shy. If I am on the server, forums, or TeamSpeak, I will communicate casually with users. I won't abuse my rank, I know the rank if given to me is important. I will respect the job at hand, and again, there will be no abuse. Everything I do (in relation to moderation), will be by the system; and I can promise you that.

I have a very high work ethic, and I have many things that correlate with in these. I consider myself of having a very high work ethic, and I usually will not stop working until the job is done. I consider myself a very strict person as well. I'm not easy with rule-breakers, and I always follow procedures instated. I'm a very friendly person, and I consider myself easy to be around. I also can bring my integrity and loyalty. I despise abusing and bias actions, and will not go through with this. Let alone does it ruin other's experiences with being a bad influence, but the reputation of the server is on the line, and I'm willing to do my best to hold it to its full potential.
Why should I be chosen?
I can’t emphasize how important this one is, and it’s the value of being a staff member. I will not take my staff position for granted, and I will not use it for any publicity or popularity purposes. I will use it as a symbol that people can come to me for more of advanced help(advanced as in not just asking questions, help as in with staff support), and as a way for moderating the server.

I already know the in’s and out’s of staffing as well as general HCF knowledge. I’ve staffed an HCF server before and I personally think that I handled it well. I’ve also seen many staff series for HCF. I’ve seen and have learned from watching staff series. I know it’s random, yes, but I have to say that most of my knowledge has come from experience and by watching and learning from others actions.

I despise abusive and bias actions. I’ve been in situations where I’ve been abused by a staff member, and I have also been in situations where I have witnessed bias actions in the staff team. Whether it’s friend who has received favor over another person in a punishment, or just prioritizing a friend over someone who has been waiting longer in the support room. It’s not fair, and coming from someone who has had first hand experience on the victim side, it’s not fun. It would be my duty to report these actions, and to commit to never go through with any of these, and also with my normal staff duties. I also will be friendly with all users that I come across, as I would want to represent the staff team in the best way possible, and of course it’s the good thing to do.

And lastly Why do you wanna be Staff:
a. Support Rooms - The first thing that I've noticed that lacks staff members is the support rooms at sometimes. I once had a late night issue regarding a friend who had been punished, and it took nearly 30 minutes to be pulled into the support rooms. If I were a staff member, as soon as I got on my computer at home, I would go into the TeamSpeak support rooms and help users that are in need. I feel that the extra hands (me) can especially help with that. I feel this one involves others since I consider myself experienced, meaning I know what to do in support rooms, as well as friendly.

b. Reports/Helpop (in-game) - I will do my best to answer player reports in-game and do my best to resolve them. I know I can't do all of them but I will always try my best to do as many as possible. I also will warrant punishments accordingly for any chat offenses (as said in the rules). I will watch closely to see if the players are breaking any of the rules and use all the appropriate staff tools to make sure it is successful.

c. Experience - (Identification of said hacks...etc) I personally consider myself very experienced with rule-breakers as said above. I know how to identify x-rayers, anti-kb, killaura, modified kb (in some situations), etc. Though if I'm unsure if someone is cheating then I will screenshare them. If I am 100% sure that they are cheating, then I will punish them for the given time. And speaking of that, I also am very familiar with the rules of (Instert Server Name Here). On my first attempt, I studied them. I have not given up, and in fact this has only made me want to pursue it even more.

d. Activeness - My activities definitely helps me stand out. In fact, the only time that I do not have the opportunity to be online is when I am asleep. I feel that this is very advantageous because I can be online when others can't. I get good FPS and connection from both places and have stable recording devices for both, too. Meaning I can be online and record cheaters literally throughout day and night.

e. Friendly and Trustworthy - Just in general, I personally consider myself a friendly person. I feel like I am an easy going guy and just chill to be around, approachable. I never try to make situations frustrating or awkward, I'm a very strong optimist. I also consider myself trustworthy. I would never abuse any of the powers that I am granted. I personally have seen staff members abuse and it honestly sickens me. Even if I am done wrong, I still never retaliate and take the advantage of someone else. It's low and it's honestly uncalled for. It will never happen with me.

I will not apply for moderator but I can be a free developer for your server, as I have started coding plugins about 3-4 months ago, I will not develop your next Practice plugin, AntiCheat or anything like that. You can hit me up if you need small plugins / bug fixes and I will try to do it.
