Why Do you think you qualify As Staff on My Server:
I believe that I should be a staff rank because I stand out from other people. I know the community and I know what to do. I have heavy experience in moderation, and any type of new things to learn, I am willing and open to them. I Love learning and I Love the effect of it. I love helping, me helping makes a change on another person's experience, whether it is just helping a user who might need some assistance, or punishing a user who is ruining the experience for others. I'm not as well the type of person who might come out as a little shy. If I am on the server, forums, or TeamSpeak, I will communicate casually with users. I won't abuse my rank, I know the rank if given to me is important. I will respect the job at hand, and again, there will be no abuse. Everything I do (in relation to moderation), will be by the system; and I can promise you that.

I have a very high work ethic, and I have many things that correlate with in these. I consider myself of having a very high work ethic, and I usually will not stop working until the job is done. I consider myself a very strict person as well. I'm not easy with rule-breakers, and I always follow procedures instated. I'm a very friendly person, and I consider myself easy to be around. I also can bring my integrity and loyalty. I despise abusing and bias actions, and will not go through with this. Let alone does it ruin other's experiences with being a bad influence, but the reputation of the server is on the line, and I'm willing to do my best to hold it to its full potential.
Why should I be chosen?
I can’t emphasize how important this one is, and it’s the value of being a staff member. I will not take my staff position for granted, and I will not use it for any publicity or popularity purposes. I will use it as a symbol that people can come to me for more of advanced help(advanced as in not just asking questions, help as in with staff support), and as a way for moderating the server.

I already know the in’s and out’s of staffing as well as general HCF knowledge. I’ve staffed an HCF server before and I personally think that I handled it well. I’ve also seen many staff series for HCF. I’ve seen and have learned from watching staff series. I know it’s random, yes, but I have to say that most of my knowledge has come from experience and by watching and learning from others actions.

I despise abusive and bias actions. I’ve been in situations where I’ve been abused by a staff member, and I have also been in situations where I have witnessed bias actions in the staff team. Whether it’s friend who has received favor over another person in a punishment, or just prioritizing a friend over someone who has been waiting longer in the support room. It’s not fair, and coming from someone who has had first hand experience on the victim side, it’s not fun. It would be my duty to report these actions, and to commit to never go through with any of these, and also with my normal staff duties. I also will be friendly with all users that I come across, as I would want to represent the staff team in the best way possible, and of course it’s the good thing to do.

And lastly Why do you wanna be Staff:
a. Support Rooms - The first thing that I've noticed that lacks staff members is the support rooms at sometimes. I once had a late night issue regarding a friend who had been punished, and it took nearly 30 minutes to be pulled into the support rooms. If I were a staff member, as soon as I got on my computer at home, I would go into the TeamSpeak support rooms and help users that are in need. I feel that the extra hands (me) can especially help with that. I feel this one involves others since I consider myself experienced, meaning I know what to do in support rooms, as well as friendly.

b. Reports/Helpop (in-game) - I will do my best to answer player reports in-game and do my best to resolve them. I know I can't do all of them but I will always try my best to do as many as possible. I also will warrant punishments accordingly for any chat offenses (as said in the rules). I will watch closely to see if the players are breaking any of the rules and use all the appropriate staff tools to make sure it is successful.

c. Experience - (Identification of said hacks...etc) I personally consider myself very experienced with rule-breakers as said above. I know how to identify x-rayers, anti-kb, killaura, modified kb (in some situations), etc. Though if I'm unsure if someone is cheating then I will screenshare them. If I am 100% sure that they are cheating, then I will punish them for the given time. And speaking of that, I also am very familiar with the rules of (Instert Server Name Here). On my first attempt, I studied them. I have not given up, and in fact this has only made me want to pursue it even more.

d. Activeness - My activities definitely helps me stand out. In fact, the only time that I do not have the opportunity to be online is when I am asleep. I feel that this is very advantageous because I can be online when others can't. I get good FPS and connection from both places and have stable recording devices for both, too. Meaning I can be online and record cheaters literally throughout day and night.

e. Friendly and Trustworthy - Just in general, I personally consider myself a friendly person. I feel like I am an easy going guy and just chill to be around, approachable. I never try to make situations frustrating or awkward, I'm a very strong optimist. I also consider myself trustworthy. I would never abuse any of the powers that I am granted. I personally have seen staff members abuse and it honestly sickens me. Even if I am done wrong, I still never retaliate and take the advantage of someone else. It's low and it's honestly uncalled for. It will never happen with me.

How are you today recruiter? I'm here to achieve a job as a Community Manager. As you see above I have a big skill set that can be useful towards your server needs. But first, let me tell you a little about myself.

My name is Anthony and I am 15 years old. My passion is technology specifically computers. I have owned a hosting company in the past and have managed, and created many servers. My favorite game is Minecraft as you can tell and I love servers, and the business side of the game. It's funny to see how much Minecraft has grown game wise, and business wise. It's absolutely amazing. My favorite sport is baseball, and that's mainly because I play it myself. I am a straight "A" student and I won't stop being one. I will manage all server files, backups, when to stop the server, start, and restart. Broadcasts on forums and server will be made upon restart, start, and stop and for any updates.

STAFF MANAGEMENT »
I will recruit all staff, and interview them to make sure they are the correct fit for the server, and make sure they do their job correctly with no exceptions. I will also handle promotions and demotions of any staff member with clarifications to make sure there is no piece of information left behind. I will also create a staff handbook for them to follow for all mutes, bans, kicks, and temp-bans. I will also create team slacks, discords, and even teamspeaks.

PLAYER MANAGEMENT »
I will make sure all players enjoy their experience at the server, and like the aspects of the server, I will take suggestions that are reasonable and implement them with permission. I will handle handle bans, temp-bans, kicks, and mutes within the staff guidelines. I will also deny and accept player appeals on the forums.

ADVERTISING »
I know where to advertise, how to advertise, and I know how to get players on. I have methods, like trailers, forum advertising, and YouTube advertisements. Most YouTubers with be gotten from ytnet.co.

Do you have a shareholder of the server or do you want an investment? I can handle all of that. I will find suitable investors to fit your requirements. I don't want the project/server to be in bad hands.

FORUM MANAGEMENT »
I will manage forums which includes but is not limited to, installing the forums software, setting up ranks, giving out ranks, creating nodes, threads, and important announcements. I have experience with Xenforo, MyBB, Enjin, and some others that I'm not able to list off of the top of my head.

PLUGIN MANAGEMENT »
I will manage the plugins, configs, and developers to make sure your getting the quality for your buck.

HOSTING MANAGEMENT »
I will make sure you will get fast, reliable hosting so you can host your server LAG-FREE. No player like lagging around on a server, that's how players decrease, and nobody wants that.

GRAPHICS »
I have connections to multiple high-quality graphic designers such as Paradise. I do graphics myself but mine are nothing compared to theirs, I will manage your server graphics and make sure it doesn't fall into the wrong hands. I will also upload your server icon, and logo to your FTP of your server and website.

How Old are you: 15

Do you have any experience Moderating a HCF Server: Yes but nothing big. Mostly on those generic leaked plugin servers. That was about a year ago though. I used to be a Mod+ on Sarefine a few weeks ago, it gets about 500-600 players at peak times. I was a staff member for roughly 2 months, during this time I learned how to effectively punish players (Mutes, Temp bans, Bans etc.) with strong evidence, assist players with inquiries via TeamSpeak and screenshare.

Do you know how to SS: Yes. I know file sizes and how to detect all mainstream ghost clients such as: Cracked Vape, Paid Vape, Incognito (may have been updated) and Gorilla or Harambe client. I also know how to find most autoclickers but I won't go into detail for obvious reasons.

Why Do you think you qualify As Staff on My Server:

I'll list a few qualities I posses:

Responsibility: I'm very responsible and I know the authority given to staff members. I would never abuse my power to any extent.

Honesty: If I make a genuine mistake, I'll own up to it instead of wasting time blaming others. I don't like to cause trouble but when I do, I like to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Observation: I'm a very observant person. I rarely miss things in screen sharing and I pay attention to small details.

Respect: I'm a very respectful and chilled-out guy. I rarely get heated, I respect and listen to higher ranks and I don't over-step my position.

Caring and Understanding: I understand those on a lower level because I have been there, I've never biased the people that I know, or be biased to donors. I like a fair environment where everyone who does the right thing is rewarded and those who don't, no matter who they are, are punished.

And lastly Why do you wanna be Staff.

#1: I'd like to be staff on a large HCF server.

#2: I feel like dedicating my time and effort to a server I feel is good for me.

#3: I'm a very friendly and helpful guy who's happy to assist players in TeamSpeak and in-game. I'm great at bonding with people due to my personality; I'm funny, kind and mature.

#4: Personally, I think it would be fun to bust hackers and cheaters. After all, that's what staff is mostly about. I feel as if this could help me gain more experience in the moderation field.

#5: I would love to partake in being staff, providing what you need and possibly help reach your current goals with this server. I'm very glad to help out in any way I can. All while expanding my skills and putting them to good use.

#6: I'd take my rank that I'll have been given very seriously, I don't take my job as if it was just leisure or free time to screw around. I believe staff members are one of the key points that keep the community clean and strong and are essential to making any server a pleasant place to play. They should not only understand the servers rules and how to enforce them but also be friendly, welcoming and provide players with any guidance they may need.

#7: I would like to apply to be able to secure the server from people who: are toxic, cheat and cause problems. They might perhaps cause future trouble and nuisance around the servers fun, friendly community.

Also, I'd like to add that I'm applying for anything within the management area (roughly Admin or higher) as I feel that's where I'd be of most use. Why Do you think you qualify As Staff on My Server:
Well I started playing Minecraft in 2014 and I didn't really know what staff was at that point until around January 2015 and I just started to watch staff series and admin series to watch what they do as a staff member of a server. I first applied on a server in march 9th on a server called furiouspvp and I enjoyed my time on the server played with friends and just followed the rules and I got to Admin and on June 1st I resigned because the server sadly died to around 10 players aday and It wasn't my thing to play a server with no players. Around 5months ago from now I chose to apply on a server called vysticpvp I wasn't the best experience i've had but it was fun I got to the rank mod+ then i got demoted to jr-mod for being inactive, so i decided to resign I took a brake from minecraft for like 2 weeks (i missed the game) So around 3 months ago I applied for staff on a bigger server with more things to do and it was sarefine I really didnt enjoy getting called out by other staff members so I just ignored them. I got demoted for Screen sharing with a trancelator because i didnt speak spanish (stupid ik) Then after like 1 month i applied for parapots I did get falsely demoted by Yeko, Karson for asking when's eotw. To become staff on a good server and a server that i've always enjoyed I think i could be chosen as a staff member

And lastly Why do you wanna be Staff.
Becuase im a chill guy and I dont like to see people saying hacker/rasicm In chat, Also people spamming hacker/phaser/blockGlitcher in chat because i know what it feels to be annoyed with that being spamming in chat constantly it really does get annoying. When a eu staff is really active the community could change a lot of things it could cause less spam/ trash talkers because then they know staff are active. I really like to help people in TeamSpeak,forums,in game and it makes me happy to see other people enjoying being happy and enjoying the server. I've been staff on many servers and got alot of bans/mutes but my job as a helper will be mainly to be a chat-mod because that's my job and that's what im applying for. I have a wide sense of humor but at the same time I can be serious when necessary. I feel that staff who are serious all the time usually end up becoming hated by the members.From being staff on some many servers I've gotten to know commands from Helper rank-admin rank for hcf.I want to change that make the Veltpvp community for people happy and they dont have to worry about getting phased, vclip'ed and i just want to help out and show im know what im doing and helping velt is going to be the best thing it gives a good name for the server and help's the server. i dont like uploading hackers all the time i like to catch them upload and whitelist i just want to be able to play without worrying and me being staff will help other people around us. Such as cheater's gone wilde this year and half of last and i dont want Veltpvp known server for hackers. im really good what i do as a staff member on other servers. i really like to talk to the players, help out, make it hacker free and just enjoy. Helping on forums and in teamspeak is the most fun thing to do,but me knowing commands for the rank i will get i personally think i could get staff and help the server out all i can. i can record in solid 60 fps with action recording software i will be recording on here as a staff member banning, muting people, and just helping around so thats why i think i should be selected for staff. And I was staff on a server called sarefine 200-300 players a day got demoted because i spoke in wrong chat in slack.
ith my knowleage of being a staff member I have learnt how to screenshare, find clients with out ss tools , and help off other staff members. I can do what I can with the server Im good at talking, listening to people when needed and helping when wanted to be help in teamspeak or ingame. Im really active on forums at all times it will be always open on another screen or window so im able to access it easy and quickly. I like to ban hackers, mod chat and read application, anything to help the server do better I'm really skilled at finding hackers I can tell what client people use and how to find it what to click and id love to help some staff members to know how to ss on the staff team. I find being staff makes me want to play minecraft more with reasons to be on at certain times and Its like a job where you dont get money and you help people to make the community better for players and everyone playing
