I am recruiting the following positions for the Zaro Zone network;
A fun friendly server where Minecraft players of all regions can co exist in the same server. I am looking for staff on the prisons server. This server is fairly new (play.zarozone.us) and we desperately need staff. We provide a unique set of plugins and ranks. Our prisons server just went under a major update.

Why do you want to be staff: As i said below i thing this server is the one i am looking for and it will bring my experience and knowledge as staff and person to a higher level! Also i want to help the server reach its highest potential!

What previous staff positions of any and explain what you learned: Was Manager at RuneFactions and Snohub (20 players usually) Head-Admin at Exodus (about 30+)

I have been a Media manager on "The Unoverse" a server owned by a youtuber called "Numero Uno". main manager was very cruel and only cared about the girls in our staff team which made me leave. (60 players on usually)

I have been a Staff Admin on "HyperBlocks" a server owned by Enardo, Intelyc stopped due to the owner not paying. (10-15 on weekends, empty on weekdays)

I have owned a Network called "MineCore" but had to shut it down due to me having GCSE exams. (20 players)

I may have a small range of experiences in server business but I am considered in school as 'The Teacher's Pet' as in I always help the teacher and always make sure the class is running smoothly!

I was staff on the Factions server of Zerania, so I have past experience more specifically on this server. In the past, I've held the typical staff ranks (Admin, Mod, Helper/JMod, etc) and I have a fairly good understanding of commands, anything I don't know I would just ask a fellow staff member for help with.

On a scale of 1 to 10 how would you rare your maturity: I would say a 9

Why should we chose you to be staff: You should choose me as staff because i am active and loyal! As i said above i am experienced whit screensharing and finding hackers/hacked clients! and i consider myself as mature enough because maturity is key to me! I really like Zaro Zone and would like to be there to support the players and staff and I feel like I would benefit the staff team. I see Zaro Zone and see a potential benefit to my staff experience over all and would love to be apart of the staff team on the Zaro Zone network. Also The reason i want staff is due to my enjoyment of helping people and disposing of cheaters/hacker or just people abusing bugs/glitches as i want them type of people out of the community and most of all Zaro Zone. I really like Zaro Zone and would like to be there to support the players and staff and I feel like I would benefit the staff team. I see Zaro Zone and see a potential benefit to my staff experience over all and would love to be apart of the staff team on the Zaro Zone's network. As i have been seeing lately there has been a lot of hackers online in other servers that i would be there for to ban them and i have a passion of banning hackers and making Zaro Zone more of a anti-hacking server and none buggy server and none abusive staff.


Any last remarks: Experience with the field of Bukkit Developing: I have been manager in a lot of server in my time where i learnt and understood how communication is a great thing that is essential for the development of an organisation. I also think of my self as a 'Jack of all Trades' because I helped build a server called Exodus and was helping create the second version before devoting my time to code java. The second version is still under construction. I also know how to handle situations where players have been in help or have broken rules. I think that all these qualities are very useful to have on the side of a good knowledge of java.

Personal Profile and Interests:
As a well rounded and intellectual 15 year old, I am currently learning the art of coding Java and converting that knowledge into Bukkit. Although School and life is busy I still manage to cram in time to work on projects. I am an energetic individual that loves sports as well.
I speak Spanish and English fluently and a small bit of portuguese and french which i believe will be helpful when this server grows to see a wider community of nationalities.

As a pupil at school who highly thrives at Design and technology, I am passionate about creating new innovative ideas that have a greater use in the outside world. For example I have in my studies I have converted some of the most important things into one product for college students: portability, music and storage. I made a functional and original table that won a regional competition a few years ago. I believe that I can translate these skills into something that will continue to make the server thrive.

Grew up gaming listening to music playing basketball whit my big bro, born and raised in Puerto Rico, been gaming all my life, because it suites me. Grew Up gaming, from Console, to PC. In high school right now 10th year, i play piano very well, Most of my spare time is spent gaming, because it's soothing and calm. I generally love gaming, because no one knows who I really am, I could be some hard ass who benches 400LBS one handed, or on lift tacos into my mouth. I've made a lot of friends from gaming, like @Rushi @line and etc, we've been playing together for a bit now. When I was in Middle School, I was in Basketball and baseball teams for a year. My favorite color is red, I have a bit of social anxiety, Moderate Depression. I'm loud, and straight up. I don't deal with bullshit, kind of guy.
