I’m the owner of an upcoming factions server called ArtifactMC. I’m here today so that I can get the word out of possible staff recruitment. Over the next few days, I am hoping to get a staff team together of all positions. The Trainee rank is the initial placement among the team. As a Trainee, you will assist players by answering questions, enforce the rules, and interact with the community in-game and on discord. You will also direct any players with problems beyond your power to a staff member that can assist them with their question/issue. Every applicant must start here, other than Managers.
The Moderator rank is the next step up among the team. As a Moderator, you will have the same responsibilities as a Trainee plus a few more. To start with, you will be given access to the report system, this way you can easily punish any players reported. Another thing is you are given a chance to provide input among applications. You must work your way here, as applicants start off as Trainees.
The Administrator rank is the next step up among the team. As an Administrator, you will have the same responsibilities as a Moderator plus a few more. To start with, your view in discord will totally change, as a lot more categories and channels will be visible to you. This being said this role is very important to the front end of ArtifactMC. Dealing with any mistakes made by any Trainees or Moderators. You will also have a final say on player reports if it is not obvious. More detail discussed later on. This position must be worked up to, and cannot be earned right off the back to people I have no prior history with.
The Manager rank is the second-highest rank. As a Manager, you will have the same responsibilities as an Administrator plus a few more. To start with, you will be working closely with me to make sure the server runs smoothly. Questions on how things run will be discussed to the 1-2 people that make it. You must have great knowledge of factions (recent and the past) and plugins that are related to factions/are needed on faction servers.
