The sketch for the logo was done by TotallyDrawn for $100, the coloring and design was done by BratuDraw for $80, getting quality work for the extra price is worth it. Not sure what your definition of “quality” is but every trailer maker that makes trailer for less than $50 just does the same basic generic shots with poor music syncing and does the same thing over and over again, every trailer is the same. Large youtubers run from $50-$150/video depending on who it is, have you ever actually owned a large server and been into business with large scale youtubers? Seems like from what you’ve been commenting you’ve only had the shit end of the stick with cinematography and graphic design. If you don’t have experience with these then you shouldn’t be coming to the people who do claiming they’re “wasting money”. Obviously you have nothing but poor things to say and are just trying to trash the thread, you’re wasting your time as there are professionals here trying to do business, you can take your immaturity trashing to another thread please. $25 + 5 = $125, plus the $75 you say the logo is worth. That's $200 that you think those services are worth alone. Personally I've never seen you play the server.. Do you know how much time it actually takes to make a minecraft server? You aren't a server owner from what I can tell, nor do you invest in minecraft servers. So, from your perspective, yes, $500 would be a lot to spend on a random minecraft server that you have no idea how to even set up. However, this isn't just about graphics or trailers, it's a community. This server doesn't have any type of tarnished reputation, where when you look at others (that won't be named), you hear things like owners abusing and ftop not being paid out. Do you recruit factions for your server? What about pay for the advertisements out of pocket? You weren't a part of the construction of this community, so how could you put a price on something you didn't create? By a current player count? Your original comment was noted saying you believe the server wasn't worth it. Every post after that was unnecessary and not constructive whatsoever. You're a graphic design, you put a price on YOUR work. However, you aren't a network owner or manager, so how could you put a price on their work?

Actually yes I have. It's your fault for overpaying.
For example - DecimatePvp's logo cost $100.
For example, JustMPG, who's made trailers for over 200 servers, works from as cheap as $20 for a simple trailer, and $25-40 for more advanced ones.
And his trailers have some music syncing, which does quite annoy me because your trailers -
they don't have poor music syncing , no. half of them have NO MUSIC SYNCING AT ALL. While the other ones have minimal syncing. You quite overpaid for those trailers if you paid $50 each for them. And your trailers aren't anything special in the slightest, simple cinematic shots with some text overlay.

Weird that you to go on a minecraft market forums and assume that the people on there have never owned a server.
I've done almost all those things myself, getting factions to play isn't difficult if you have a decent f top and other assets. The last server I owned has 70 on launch with under $100 in total server expenses.

I'm not planning to link my server, but simply considering the points and the actual costs of getting these things made that I've already linked, this isn't worth it.
The server has 0 custom plugins, and nothing that would require a custom plugin. The cost of getting a dedi setup? What does that have to do with this? This doesn't come with a paid for dedi so that doesn't matter.

I'm actually the manager of this network, and I do what I want, so no - Allen didn't ask me to comment on this thread. The server has 0 custom plugins? Really? That's hilarious. You won't link your server, so any of your previous "accomplishments" are void for that reason. What experience do you have with server management that people can take a look at to confirm your legitimacy? Some vouches for making graphics?

Tf do you need my management experience for? Did I claim the management sucks? Did I claim I was a top notch server manager?
I simply listed the price that the things this is being sold with should legitimately cost.
Then what custom plugins does it have? What do they do in that case? You can't exactly start adding the price of custom plugins for a server you're selling if you don't state that you have any or what they do can you?

Management experience is the same as having vouches - it shows that you're trustworthy and that you know what you're talking about. Anyone actually interesting in the server will have a full preview to ALL of our custom plugins, something you don't necessarily have to worry about. Also, if you played our server AT ALL, you would know what plugins are custom... I'm not adding the price of custom plugins together to get a price, nor am I adding up everything that was spent on the server. This post is about possibly selling a community, not adding up prices and trying to get a return on the initial investment.
So I'm supposed to list our custom plugins and what they do to appease your disbelief that the server has custom plugins? That's childish, and you are acting childish. Also, I didn't notice that you said "the last server I owned" which leads me to believe that you don't currently own a server? You made your point that you believe the server is overpriced in your initial post. At this point it seems as though you're trying to start a hate thread because you have a different value on things. How much do you think decimate would sell for versus the actual cost of everything? I guarantee you the latter is an amount far less than the former.

Not sure why this argument is occurring, over half of our plugins are custom and we have a completely custom jar made by our development team. If you are interested in making an offer every custom plugin can be shown and featured to you directly, clearly you're being immature and just want to trash the thread, any of your future posts will be disregarded as everything you've claimed have been addressed. Not sure why you're butthurt that we're trying to do business and you're attempting to stop that. If you think the price is wrong and not worth it, simply don't comment on it. I talked to JustMPG about trailers and to get what we wanted in a trailer he quoted it a $80, each trailer has music syncing, if you look at them. Running a server isn't just about having ftop, if you don't have a functioning economy, competition, good jar, etc. players won't play. If you've ever joined the server and played you would be able to tell that hundreds of hours have been put into building each server from the ground up. I've personally invested over $1500 out of my own pocket to get the server to where it is today. And BTW if you think a server that has brought over $5000 in donations isn't worth a starting bid of $500 you're delusional. I would love to see you create a server with the budget that you're discussing and see how popular the map is. You won't get anyone to play without custom features, advertising, and a decent ftop to entice rosters to play. Then you have to go and manually reach out to a roster for them to even consider playing, and if you want them to play you'll have to pay them buycraft, so good luck paying for a jar, hosting, custom features, art, advertising, a trailer, and factions with less than the SB of my server which already has all of this, with a 2400 member discord and an active community, good luck sir. If someome is interested of buying the server re think about it. Me and my faction played there and the owner scammed us 200$ it has a very bad reputation. I have all our conversations recorded and screenshoted. Add me on discord for proof Oykas#1998

I can agree with you on that. He worked for a server of mine as an Operator and did a terrible job, as well as resigned in a 2-3 days after joining. He joined another server as the same position, and was later removed off that server for inactivity. He used me for my plugins, which my developers worked hard on. Our deal was that Allen would receive 40% profits (me being way too nice) from my server for merely operating it. When he left my server 3 days after gaining access to our panel, I knew he had used me, and my server. He claims he never took anything off my server, but I am extremely doubtful. His plugins were HWID’d, that he brought to my server, plus, he brought hardly anything in terms of content to my server aside a melon/pumpkin axe plugin. Everything else we had already, and he removed all his plugins that he had added the day he left. I would rather not get into detail on the whole scenario, but if I need to I would be more than happy to.
At the end of the day, I do agree Allen is a scum and would not recommend working with him or purchasing this server. If you do decide to purchase this server off him, you are definately going to want to go through a middleman. Best of luck to any buyers who perceive this server to be worth what he is asking for it.
(Take into account the user, AllenPlays blocked me minutes after he left my server as an Operator; clearly shows he was just in it for the plugins. Clearly, he could afford to buy his own plugins, but he decides to use servers to save money. Saddening.)

Yikes funny how you flip the entire situation as if I used you for plugins when I setup your entire server. I have logs and evidence of all of that if you’d like to see it. We found an amazing investor and the server won’t be sold. Nice attempt at a thread trash though
