This is a very apparent thing now, more and more scammers.

To combat this, firstly upgrade the antiVPN system as its easily bypassed by free software.
AND leak the email and IP of the banned users.

Why show mercy to scammers that have banned and will be banned?
If your not planning on scamming this should not be any worry to you at all.

But I can see how someone who could falsely be banned would be mad, so maybe give it a few days for any extra evidence to show up just in case.

not if you update the TOS of when you sign your account.
Releasing this information is based on the site itself and what they want too do.

There is several forums that do this and they are very successful.

Tell me the last time you've seen someone go to jail for scamming someone 50$ through PayPal or BTC for a minecraft account or such.

The point of it is not to get people to DDOS them if thats what anyone was thinking.

If they chargeback on PayPal, give PayPal their IP and make them confirm that it was them.
Also who wants their IP leaked out in the first place?

Yes, but if their IP was given out, then their is a possibility of them getting DDOS'd. But I do see where you are coming from with using it to prove a chargeback claim.

Then the scammers just go onto other websites and scam. - It's a continuous cycle. They make an account, get banned, get their info leaked, make an account etc.

Releasing their information isn't going to stop scammers from scamming. At all.

maybe not the one who has an intention to scam in the first place, but exit scammers that are well known. This will stop them for the most part.
