Remove Malware / Infected Parts of a Plugin

I'm looking for someone who can take a jar, open it and remove anything to do with malware. I want a malware free plugin in the end that won't infect other plugins and isn't infected at all.

Where exactly are you getting these "malware filled" plugins?
If they are here on mc-market report them. If you got them from "shady" sites you shouldn't be using those plugins in the first place.
